"Who the hell are you?" Larry pressed again.

"Who the hell are you and why are you following me?" Laurent shot back in fury trying not to let the unknown twin piss him off.

"I'm not following you I fucking live here!" He shouted.

"I never see you come in or out this building!"

"I can say the same for you!" A car door slams and two women emerged from the base of the apartment stairs. One was obviously beautiful, with a tattoo on her right arm the other was much older appearing to be a mother.

"Larry why are you yelling....... Laurent..." The older woman whispered on the brink of tears when she caught sight of Laurent.

"How do you know me?" Laurent hissed at the women glaring her down. Larry also grew curious hen she isn't answer right away she knew something and yet again she wasn't saying.

"Mama how do you know him?" Her eye bounced from twin to twin until she sighed, giving into the pressure before stepping closer to them.

"Boys...... We need to talk."

"We're what?! The twins hollered standing across their mother on the other side of the coffee table.

"You're brothers, twins of course." She repeated, fiddling with her fingers

"I don't believe this shit...." Laurent picked up his jacket storming off out through the living room when his mother stopped him.

"Where are you going?"

"Home."

"Why-"

"Because you left me and you kept him! For years I have been bouncing from one fucked up home to the next and he had the honor of living under mamas wing!!"

"You will not talk to me-"

"You right I won't talk to you..... at all, you made me think you were dead, I walked around alone unaware I had a family as beautiful as this one, you will never understand how I feel right now, they say children need their mother the most, where were you when I needed you?" Laurent waited for her answer but when she didn't deliver one to him, he scoffed opening the door.

"I guess I wasn't good enough for you to keep, so like trash I tossed to someone else, nice to see where we stand." He choked out turning and exiting the door slamming it behind him. Larry felt horrible and confused. Mother had a large family and there was more than enough room for the brother he never knew he had, so why did she give him up, basically leaving him to fend for himself, Larry had to ask.

"Mama, why did you leave him I mean the family is so big why leave-"

"I never left Laurent, your father took him away from me....."

{Larry}

"What do you mean?"

"It was right after you two were born, Laurent was born first and soon after, you came along. I was so happy that you two were finally in my arms, but that was slowly ripped away from me when a strange nurse came and asked for Laurent saying there needed to be some test ran. Because I trusted the woman was doing her job I gave him to her and when she didn't come back with him I panicked. After days of searching for Laurent I got a call from your father saying he had Laurent but he wasn't giving him back.. He took him away from and I thought I would never see my baby again." Before she could start another sentence I glance out the window and see Laurent walking on the sidewalk. I quickly kissed my mother in the forehead before rushing out of the apartment.

"Where are you going?!"

"To find Laurent!"

"Larry you can't tell-"

"No! Mama he needs to know the truth, to know you didn't leave him, whether he believes me or not, at least this secret won't be kept from him........ Like the fact the I had a twins was kept from me...."
