Larry and Laurent sat on the bench on the rooftop for hours, getting to know each other, what they liked, how they grew up, what were their biggest dreams, they talked so much they didn't realize how late an dark it was.

"So you come here when you wanna clear your head?" Larry asked getting up to glance up at the moon.

"Yup, I've been at this apartment since I was 21, and up here is the only place I can come and relax."

"Cool, I lived here since I was 21 too but I never came up here at all."

"It's weird because I have never seen you in this building, ever." Laurent smiled walking up besides Larry.

"I've never seen you either, though I don't get out much so I really don't see anybody."

"Why?" Laurent asked suddenly curious of his statement.

"There's no point, I'm comfortable in my own home, I feel safe there." Larry smiled brightly. Laurent smiled and nodded.

"True."

"Speaking of home I gotta get something to eat." Larry stood and Laurent did the same taking the door inside and downstairs to lead back to their apartments.

"Well I'll see you tomorrow?" Laurent asked looking for a yes as an answer. It was been officially three weeks and he liked spending time with Larry, deep down in his heart he didn't feel alone anymore, and he wanted to keep that feeling.

"Like always, see you." Larry smiled sweetly at his brother across the hall. Larry thought it was nice to actually have someone to talk, and he was happy it was Laurent, he now didn't have that empty feeling he had experienced for years and with Laurent by his side he was confident he didn't have to feel that way again.

"Night, see you Larry......." Larry waved and entered his home in the darkness and decided to take a quick seat on the couch to take off his shoes. However once he was comfortable he slipped down laying on his side and snuggled into the cushions, soon fell asleep afterwards, unaware of the silhouette of a man sitting in the lounge chair in front of him.........

{Laurent}

I haven't seen Larry in a week going on two now, which worries me. Ever since the night on the rooftop he hasn't called or showed up to my apartment. I tried knocking at his place but I got no answer. Mama hasn't heard from him either, which scares her half to death. I tell her not to worry and he will home soon, but who knows how long that you would be. If he was going somewhere why didn't he say anything to me? I let out a sigh and shove the key into the lock opening my door to see a gigantic box wrapped with a bow laying in the middle of my living room.

"How'd this get in here?" I heard muffled sounds and thumping throughout my house but couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from until I stepped closer to the box........

"Help, somebody get me out of here!!!! Lau!!!! Somebody please, I can't breathe, help me!!" Larry screeched at the top of his lungs pounding on the top of the padded black casket he was trapped in. Tears streamed down his face as he was in a full blown panick. He quickly silenced his crying when he heard tearing close to his head.

"What the hell is this?" He heard Laurent on the outside and with all his might, he screamed for his brother hoping Laurent would hear him.

"LAU, LAU, GET ME OUTTA HERE, PLEASE!!!"

"Larry!?!"

"Get me out, get me out! I can't breathe!!"

"Hold on!" Laurent tried to think over the loud muffled cries of Larry but found himself becoming stressed. For some reason he wasn't able to get it open and he shortly knew why. Unlike regular casket this one was a steel vault casket which meant there was a code to unlatching the locks, but there was nothing with number on it.

"Lau please GET ME OUT!!"

"I'm trying!

"No! I need to get out!!" Larry's cried grew desperate as he continued to claw at the fabric.

"I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die in here!!!" Laurent scrambled for anything to help him open the steel casket when he spotted a set of number on the bottom of the red bow.

"8-6-1-2-8." Laurent typed in the numbers, only to have a loud metallic groan come from the casket and a bloodcurdling scream merge from Larry.

"Larry what-"

"ITS GETTING SMALLER, I CAN'T GET OUT!" Larry cried. Laurent looked at the numbers closet and put them in a different order, his and Larry's birthdate. When Laurent isn't hear anything he assumed it didn't work but soon hissing disperse from the casket and it opened. Laurent pulled the second door open to revealed a terrified and shaken Larry springing up to grab his brother by the neck, crying hysterically in his arms.

"Thank you!! Thank you so much!!!" Larry weeped loudly. Laurent blinked back his tears, looking down at the deadly casket, catching a small black card with white lettering on it. He didn't pick it up he only read it, still comforting his traumatized sibling.

I stole one and lost the other, now reunited, you have your brother, I searched for both and now I have found, but don't run from me or both your bodies, in this casket, will be buried underground. I miss my boys and can't wait to see them soon, don't forget daddy's watching you in each and every room....

Laurent's eyes grew wide and his heart raced, the person who had taken him from his family, who trapped his brother in a box was his father but, why Laurent thought, why was he doing this, causing so much pain?
