HEESEUNG'S POV

I was back at home. It is midnight and yn is sleeping in her room. I should be sleeping too but I can't....... I was not able to sleep. I was laying on my bed, eyes closed.
Yn's birthday was approaching and I know whoever is after her will make their move on her birthday as she's going to turn 18. I was thinking about what Jungkook said to me the other day. I didn't want to do it but I don't have any other choice too. The way they were able to get to yn was because of her scent but I can get rid of that but I don't want to hurt her.

I sighed as I thought about jungkook's words.

FLASHBACK (TO THE DAY HEESEUNG WENT TO MEET JUNGKOOK)
HEESEUNG'S POV

Jungkook : listen to me carefully.
I nodded.
Jungkook : you know, if someone finds her it will be because of her scent and if we get rid of her scent it'll be hard for them to get her.
Me : how are we going to do that?
I asked him as I raised my brows.
Jungkook : you need to bite her.
Me : WHAT?!
Jungkook : as long as I know about her relationship with you, I'm pretty sure she's in love with you so if you bite her, her scent will be gone.
Me : but I can't do that! It's hurt her. I don't want to hurt her.
Jungkook : we don't have another choice.

FLASHBACK ENDS

I sighed again. I don't know what to do anymore. If I'm going to bit her I need to do it before her birthday, which is coming in two days.
I was deeply immersed in my thought
but that didn't stop me from feeling a presence in my room. I opened my eyes and got up from my bed to see Lino and HAN?!
What is he doing here?

Lino : as expected you don't seem so pleased to see Han.
He smirked while looking at me.
I was glaring at Han and he was doing the same.
Me : what is he doing with you?
Lino : don't you know he's a vampire too?

WHAT??! Han is a vampire? How could I not know? Did yn know?

Lino : yep, yn knew Han is a vampire.
Me : stop reading my thoughts or I'll make sure you can't read anyone's thought anymore.
I said in a threatening tone as I death glared at him.
Lino : fine. Calm down. We're just here to talk.
He said while putting his hands up a bit.
Me : what do you want?
I asked in an annoyed tone.
Lino : we want to know why you didn't take yn to the king.
I sighed.
Me : why do you want to know it?
Han : I want to protect my sister.
Me : really? If you really wanted to protect her, you wouldn't have joined with them in the first place!
Han : it's not like I had a choice! Your friend almost killed me and they took me in! It's all your fault that I got separated from her!
He shouted at me.
I can't really blame him. He is telling the truth. Because of me yn is included in this mess.

Lino : let's calm down all. Heeseung you know me for years and you know I will not do anything that includes hurting someone who is innocent. I-we want to know why they want yn in the first place and what they are going to do with her.
Me : why now?
Lino : you already know what I can do. Don't act stupid.
Me : well, I know you can see the future and the past. Why don't you do that again and try to figure out why they want yn huh? Why asking me?
Lino : *sighs* it's because.......... It's because I can't see through her past or future. My abilities don't work on her. I can't even figure out what happens in her mind.
Han : I can't do that too.
Me : as expected. So you want to know everything from me. But how can I believe you?
Han : you know I won't do anything that will harm yn in any way.
Me : you trust me now?
Han : for yn, I'll do anything. Even work alongside with you.
He said as he sighed.

I can see he's really saying the truth. He won't hurt yn in anyway possible.
I sighed.
Me : well, take a seat.
I said as I pointed at the couch in my room.
They sat on the couch while I took the chair and sat infront of them.
