Say yes to heaven

Idalia and Chris were on there way to Idalias parents house.   It had been a week since they had been home from geo's wedding in Greece. Idalia and Chris had spent the whole week together, alternating to sleep at Chris's house and Idalia's house.

Chris was nervous to meet Idalia's parents. Idalia had told them the news about her new boyfriend. She had also told all her close friends so it wasn't weird she was posting on instagram but she has not told the public yet. It was a mutual decision since the couple wanted to keep things quiet for a bit.

"I'm sorta nervous." Chris said as they pulled into the driveway. "Don't be, there gonna love you." Idalia responded as they both closed there car door after they stepped out. Chris held Idalia's hand as he looked around. They lived in a modernized old European home that Idalia had bought them a few years ago. They walked up too the door Chris took a breath. Idalia walked in like it was her own home, the two took off there shoes and made their way to the kitchen. "Hi,mami!" Idalia said. "Hi!" Idalia's mother said running towards her daughter to give her a hug.  Once her mom had finally let go of Idalia she turned to Chris.  "Hi! You must be Chris, I'm Amelia Idalia's mom."  Amelia said shaking his hand.  "I'm so glad to finally meet you." Chris said
"Well I hope you guys are hungry because I made so much food." Amelia said smiling.  "Of course you did, mom.  Wheres dad?"  Idalia asked?  "He's out by the barbecue, go say hi." Idalia's mother responded. 
Idalia took Chris's hand and led him outside to the backyard.  "Hi,dad!"  Idalia said smiling.  "Dali, I'm so happy to see you." Idalia's father said, hugging her.  "Hi, Chris." Idalia's father said going over to shake his hand. "I'm Emanuel, you can just call me mani, Its nice to finally meet you." Mani said.
"Nice too meet you too."  Chris said.

The whole dinner was amazing. Chris got along so well with Mani, talking about soccer.  Idalia was so happy and loved Chris so much. Charles had never impressed her parents as much. 

"Idalia, I'm gonna pull out the photo albums!"  Her Amelia said, laughing and taking another sip of her wine. "Mom your drunk, please don't." Idalia said as Chris and Mani laughed. "I'm not drunk I want to see photos." Amelia said laughing.  She got up and pulled out a photo album.

As they flipped through the pages of  baby photos and Idalia growing up they all giggled.  "And thats Eli."  Idalia's mom said as they looked at a baby photo of Idalia being held by a teenage boy.  A sad expression went onto Idalia's face, which Chris had noticed. 

They continued talking, laughing and drinking wine until they decided it was getting a bit late.  They said goodbye to Idalias parents and hugged them.

Soon, they were driving home.  It was about a 30 minute drive to Chris's house.  "My parents really like you."  Idalia said smiling.  "I'm Glad they do." Chris said smiling back at her.  "So, who is Eli? If you don't mind me asking." Chris said. "I don't mind,  he is my brother." "He um, passed away when I was 5 in a car accident but he was the best."  Idalia said.  Chris took Idalias hand.  "Im sorry."  Chris said as he rubbed his thumb on her palm.  "Don't be."  Idalia said.  "I'm here for you, ok?"  Chris told her. "Ok, thank you, I love you."  Idalia replied.  "I love you more." Chris said back.

Once they arrived at Chris's house Idalia decided to take a shower.  She fell asleep in Chris's arms as he rubbed her back.

Authors note:
This was cute, I'm trying to make another fanfic maybe.  When this one only has a few more chapters I will start another one but I am debating between doing Lando Norris or Leonardo  DiCaprio.  For the Lando Norris one it would be more like this fan fic type of style but for the Leonardo DiCaprio  fanfic it would not have any fame or anything. It would be more about a love story. Let me know which one you guys think would be better.

I will publish my next chapter tomorrow.
