The Oscars: Idalia was really nervous. She was getting her glam done and was going to change into her dress soon. She was upset that the same week Georgina would be trying dresses was the week she was in LA. Georgina offered to switch the week but Idalia knew that the time they had to plan there wedding was limited since it was so soon in the summer and she couldn't do that to them. They had already found a wedding planner and the wedding was practically planned.
Idalia started to get dressed. Her dress:

Idalia walked down the red carpet going from interview to interview and posing for photos. Soon, it was tome to take there seats. Throughout the whole event Idalia was sort of zoned out. She was nervous and didn't like big crowds. After a bunch of the awards were announced,Halle berry who would be announcing actress of the year came out. She started to announce the names. "And last is Idalia Pereira in fast X."Halle said after saying a few other names that Idalia couldn't pay attention to from all the nerves. "And the winner is..." "Idalia Pereira!" Halle announced as the large room of people cheered and clapped. Idalia got up and hugged brie Larson and michelle Rodriguez who sat beside her and were her co stars. She went up onto the stage and hugged Halle berry and took her award. She went up to the mic so she could have her speech which she had prepared just incase. "Oh my god." Idalia laughed as the crowed still cheered. "I don't even know where to start. I would like to thank my friends and family for supporting me throughout my whole career, and also the cast and crew of fast X for there hard work. Also I would like to express my gratitude to the academy for this incredible honour. Thank you so much everyone." Idalia said blowing a kiss as she ended her speech. The crowed clapped again as she walked down the steps of the stage and sat down with a big smile on her face.
When she got to her house after the after party she got into comfy clothes. She lay down on her bed and pulled out her phone. She face timed Chris. After less then one ring he picked up the phone. "Hey! Congratulations!!" He said with a big smile. "Thank you." She said smiling and blushing a little bit. "You looked so great, I'm so proud of you." He said. "Thank you, I miss you." Idalia said not even thinking about what she just said. Chris was blushing now too. Idalia was now panicking a bit. Her mother always told her to think before she spoke. "I miss you too, Ali." He said back making Idalia blush but she also felt relieved. They spent another half hour talking before Idalia said she was getting Tired and Chris had to get back to his workout. he was at his gym and it was mid day in Portugal. "Bye, Ali" he said with a cute smile. "Bye" she said also smiling showing off her dimples. Chris loved her dimples.
