Once Emma fell asleep, she started dreaming about going to Greece with her parents. It seemed fun and she got to do what she wanted. She walked into a store and there was this boy. He was tall, his eyes were ocean blue, you could drown if you looked into them for too long, he had fluffy blonde hair, he was a little muscular, and he was really tan. Emma liked that in a guy. She was typically a shy person, she didn't like talking to people, especially someone she finds attractive.
When Emma was done shopping she went into the checkout line, she placed the fruit bowl and vegetables she got on the conveyor belt. The boy was in aisle looking at fruits, when Emma looked over, she caught him staring. She turned her head faster than you can say "cute".
"Hello, what's your name?" asked the boy.
"Oh, umm, hello! My name is Emma. What's your name?" asked Emma, trying not to blush.
"Well, nice to meet you Emma. My name is Caleb," said the boy, Caleb, smiling.
"Nice meeting you too. I've always heard people with the name Caleb are nice," said Emma, starting to become a little more confident.
Caleb went to reach for Emma's hand, she tugged away, she thought he was trying to hold her hand.
"Oh, I'm not trying to hold your hand. I just wanted to give you a shake," said Caleb, laughing.
"Oh my gosh, I'm sorry. Where I live boys always walk up to me and try to hold my hand, so I guess I always worry about that," said Emma, even though that was straight lie.
"Well, I'm not like the other boys," said Caleb, handing her a piece of paper.
It was Caleb's number! He gave Emma his number! Emma felt like she was going to faint.
The piece of paper wrote, "I hope this isn't too soon, but I'd like to get to know you better," Emma felt like she met the love of her life, even though all she knows is that he's cute and his name is Caleb.
Emma shortly woke up from the dream. She quickly got out of bed and looked out the window, but all she saw was her neighbors gardening. She knew the only way that the dream could become a "dream come true" was if she went to Greece with her family.
