Summary:

Laurel was once an Empress

A Sovereign Empress to be exact.

She's the first female ruler of their empire and emits a tremendous power. People fear her but at the same time, adore her.

She was known as a wise, strong, and powerful ruler that no one dared to find flaws on her and make her their enemy.

Yes, she's strong...and no one can deny that. But she's not flawless.

Despite the perfect image she has outside the public, she is carrying an unknown disease that makes her barren.

But she's not shaken by it at all. Instead, it pushed her to be greater. A few years passed and she finally succeeded. Her empire became the most indestructible across the continents but then...everything can't last forever.

Cause at the age of 30, Laurel bid her farewell to the world.

At first, she thought she was going to cross the afterlife.

But just after she closed her eyes and took her last breath, she heard the sound of a bell.

Thinking that it is the afterlife, she opens her eyes only greeted by an altar.

And not just that...

She's now wearing a wedding dress,

With an unknown man beside her that seems to be...

Her soon-to-be husband.
