Manik and nandini along with harshad behind them reached principal's office and asked for the permission to come in .They all entered and seeing them principal asked

Principal: Mr.Malohtra...Mr.Saxena everything alright? And nandini?

Manik: Sir we need to check the cctv footage of the exam hall..
Manik immediately replied

Principal: cctv footage? But why?

Manik explained to him about everything that happened in the exam hall how harshad blamed nandini for cheating..

Manik: But sir i think if nandini is saying that she knew nothing about it..there can be something else too..we should check the footage to know the truth..

Principal nodded his head in understanding
Principal: you are right Mr.Malohtra we should check once

Harshad: But sir i have already caught her red handed what's the need to do so
Harshad immediately retorted back

Principal: Mr.Saxena Nandini is one of the brilliant student of our school and i don't think so she could do something of this sort ...moreover you did what you wanted to.. now let us check if it was right or not

With this principal played the cctv video of the exam hall where Harshad approaches nandini and finds the chits and slaps her ...seeing this manik fisted his hand to control his anger on this man when harshad immediately spoke

Harshad: See sir i already told you..it was just a waste of time..

Manik controlling his anger said
Manik: Sir will you please rewind it a bit

Principal nodded and did the same and the video started playing where the the boy was putting chits in nandini's pouch . Seeing this harshad gulped in fear and wAs about to say in his protest

Harshad: Sir voh I..

But the principal immediately cut him off saying

Principal: Mr.Harshad i know you don't have anything to say now but let me warn you.. act wisely rather than impulsively from next time otherwise i would not hesitate to fire you right away and also prepare another question paper for nandini she would give her exam at last since you snatched the paper from her in the middle..Am i clear?

Harshad nodded his head while manik glared him all the time

Principal: you may leave now..

Harshad barged out of the office angrily while the principal looked at nandini sympathetically

Principal: Nandini i am really sorry you had to go through all this but don't worry you can give your exam again..

But nandini didn't say a word and kept staring the floor which she was doing right from the moment she entered there.Seeing this principal looked at manik who assured him by blinking his eyes and moved out holding her hand .
When they came out and was about to go nandini's vision got blurred .she tried to open her eyes but everything around her was spinning,she held her head and tried to walk but she fainted .Before nandini could fall manik held her in his arms and got panicked seeing her unconscious and started patting her cheek

Manik: Nandini..hey open your eyes ..look at me kiddo...

But all in vain she didn't responded so manik without thinking further carried her in a bridal way and hurried towards the sickbay .on reaching he made her lay on the bed and asked the doctor to check her..
