Prologue-Rising Sun

Issei walks down the hallway, his head bowed, feeling the weight of the students' disdainful glares. He clutches his books tightly, as if seeking solace in their familiarity. Whispers echo around him, filled with judgment and contempt.

Student A: "There goes Issei Hyoudou, the pervert."

Student B: "He's such a loser. How did Rias Gremory even choose him?"

Student C: "It's a shame. Rias deserves someone better."

This was the life of Issei Hyoudou. Newly reincarnated devil, he has only recieved judgement and contempt from his fellow peers including his master Rias Gremory. Issei was killed by a fallen angel by the name of Raynare and sensing potential in him Rias Gremory a high-class heiress devil to the Gremory Household reincarnated him. Issei had a sacred gear artifacts of immense power created by god so Humanity can protect themselves.

However the supernatural exploited this recruiting various members from Humanity into their factions and groups. Issei's sacred gear however was a mere Twice-Critical and a dragon-type sacred gear that can boost Issei's abilties and physical strength only twice or 5 times. 

Issei also was the biggest pervert in history. There can't be an amount to the times he has peeped to the Kendo Club and this was the reason he earned his leacherous reputation.

However there was one person who wanted to make Issei's life a living hell and his name was Thomas Phenex The strongest Young Devil, Future Maou and the current Shadow Dragon Emperor his sacred gear being Naraka's Ring a small black ring with a skullframe housing the Evil Dragon Azi Dahaka. Thomas was everything a girl looked for in a boy. He had looks, power, money, and fame. Every girl fell to his knees and so did Rias as he was Rias's fiancee.

Thomas considered Issei as nothing but an insignificant worm. What made things worse were Issei knew Thomas from childhood. Thomas made his life hell back then and still does too now. One time the bastard practically assaulted him for fun and it caused him to be sent to the hospital. Issei's parents were worried when they arrived at the hospital however Thomas the sly fuck basically told Issei's parents to not worry as he would cover the bills practically erasing any doubt Thomas did it. Issei didn't tell anything back because Thomas being a high-class devil could target his parents and that's the last thing he needed.

His shoulders slump with weariness as he reflects on yet another day filled with disdainful glances and harsh treatment from his fellow students. The weight of his lackluster reputation hangs heavy upon him, and the whispers of disapproval echo in his ears.

Suddenly, without warning, Issei's feet are swept from under him, causing him to crash down onto the hard floor. He groans in pain, his body aching from the impact. Blinking through the haze, he looks up and sees Thomas Phenex,  standing above him, wearing a smug expression of superiority.

Issei: (groaning) What the hell...? You little bastard! Why did you do that?!

Thomas: (glaring, coldly) How dare you question me, you insignificant fool. You should watch your tone and remember your place.

Issei: (struggling to stand) My place? What gives you the right to treat me like this? Just because you're stronger doesn't mean you can do whatever you want!

Thomas: (smirking) Strength is everything, Hyoudou. It's a lesson you need to learn, and I'm here to teach it to you. Consider yourself lucky to have caught my attention.

As Issei struggles to regain his composure, the girls nearby, who had witnessed the encounter, erupt into excited squeals.

Girls: (squealing) Kyaaaa! Thomas-kun is so cool!
