Issei, lost in thoughts and grateful for the temporary escape from the academy, takes a leisurely walk around Kuoh. As he strolls, he can't help but feel a sense of relief, knowing he won't have to deal with Thomas and his harshness for the day.
Caught up in his thoughts, Issei doesn't notice his surroundings and accidentally collides with someone. He falls to the ground, clutching his head, and looks up to see a girl around his age, wearing nun robes and a veil. Her beautiful blonde hair and emerald green eyes captivate Issei, but he quickly shakes off the distraction and gets up to help her.

Issei: (concerned) Are you okay? I'm sorry, I should've been paying more attention.
The girl smiles warmly, assuring him that she's fine and takes responsibility for not watching where she was going.
Girl : It's all right; accidents happen. I should have been more careful.
Issei's curiosity is piqued, and he asks if she's new to the town.
Girl: Yes, I just arrived. I'm hoping to find the directions to the church.
Issei offers to guide her, and Asia claps her hands happily, expressing her gratitude.
Asia: (cheerful) Thank you so much! That would be wonderful. My name is Asia Argento, by the way.
Issei introduces himself as well, and the two begin their journey to the church together, engaging in light conversation along the way.
As they walk, Issei discovers that Asia is a kind-hearted and compassionate person, with a strong belief in helping others. He finds himself drawn to her warm personality and genuine nature.
Arriving at the church, Issei bids Asia farewell, but not before exchanging contact information and promising to meet again soon. Asia smiles brightly, grateful for the new friend she has made in Kuoh.
Asia: (happily) I'm looking forward to seeing you again, Issei! Thank you for guiding me.
Issei: (smiling) It was my pleasure, Asia. Take care.
Issei's spirits are uplifted after his pleasant encounter with Asia. Checking his watch, he realizes it's time to head home and make the most of his day. However, his plans are abruptly interrupted when a red magic circle appears on the ground before him. Issei instinctively prepares himself for a confrontation.
To his surprise, it's Rias Gremory who emerges from the magic circle, her expression filled with anger. Rias strides forward and delivers a sharp slap across Issei's face, demanding to know where he was and reminding him of the club meeting they had scheduled.
Rias: (angry) Where were you? Do you even remember that we had a club meeting today?
Issei, taken aback by the sudden aggression, explains that he was kicked out of school for the day due to his lateness. He tries to reason with Rias, but she dismisses his excuse, insisting that he should have been more punctual.
