Day 19

Jay told his dad about me apparently so I guess I'm meeting him today
We are literally skipping school so it's easier
God I love my man, he so great
I look up at Jay from laying on his lap

Y/N: "Jay?"
Jay: "Yes my love"
Y/N: "Do you think your dad will like me?"
Jay: "Yes, I do"
Y/N: "Are you lying?"
Jay: "No"
Y/N: "Ok"
Jay: "I was wondering, where's your parents?"

I sigh and sit up to face him

Y/N: "My mom took my sister and ran away to New York leaving me, I barely hear from her, but my dad then left me to live in Australia with my grandma, his mom, so I'm here, with a house, and my dads money, that I still have"
Jay: "Oh, I'm sorry"
Y/N: "It's fine, I've always liked being alone, until you came along"
Jay: "At least you have a house after high school"
Y/N: "True"
Jay: "What did your parents do?"
Y/N: "My mom is a fashion designer and my dad was, keyword was, a famous artist but then he started slacking off, getting home late, drinking, sleeping with women other then my mom, so it's whatever"
Jay: "Oh shit, yeah I'm sorry you had to deal with that"
Y/N: "Nah, I'm fine though, I want to be an artist as well but he wants me to be idol or even a doctor bc apparently "being artist gets you no where", that's what he's always said"
Jay: "Can I see something you created?"
Y/N: "Yeah"

I get up and go to the closet where I keep all my painting I grab one and take it out
I walk back over to the living room and show jay

He just sits there and analyzes it then looks at me and smiles

Jay: "Y/N, this is so good"
Y/N: "Thank you"
Jay: "Do you just make them then tuck them away?"
Y/N: "Yeah, I haven't gotten to painting in a while, I ran out of paints and I've been wanting these like really nice, expensive, good paints but my dad had some but he took them with him"
Jay: "I would love to see you paint"
Y/N: "You want to sit with me for about 10 hours?"
Jay: "I would"
Y/N: "Yeah, ok, your very impatient"
Jay: "If it was for you I would"
Y/N: "I guess we'll see about that"
Jay: "Yeah yeah"
Y/N: "I have a question, since you asked me one"
Jay: "Hm?"
Y/N: "What happened to your mom?"
Jay: "Um"
Y/N: "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to"
Jay: "No, no it's fine, um she was killed by Sunnos step dad actually"
Y/N: "What? Omg"
Jay: "Um, I guess their kind or whatever made a pack where we would only marry or be with people of our one kind or the other and no, "humans", but my dad fell in love with my mom and they got married and they were able to keep her secret for years but then sunnos step dad, who is a vampire, found out, and killed my mom"
Y/N: "So that's why you hate him"
Jay: "Well not exactly, two reasons, he told me mom deserved it because our families had a "deal" and we argued about it badly, and the second reason was that, the only reason he wanted to be with you was because he wanted to turn you into one them"
Y/N: "Oh, thats why it was weird"
Jay: "He followed you, and that's basically how I ended up staying here"
Y/N: "Wait they didn't threaten you?"
Jay: "No, they threatened you and told me"
Y/N: "Thats um-"
Jay: "But it's all good now, ok, I'm here, and as long as I'm here they won't come here"
