The night was off to a great start. We had a couple of drinks and now we were busting our asses on the dance floor.

"Aren't you happy I dragged you here?" She shouted over the music. If she weren't near me l wouldn't have heard anything she said.

"I must admit I am. Thank you."

"You're welcome. You know I am always here to give you that little push you need to get out of your cocoon."

I just smiled at her words. God just knew I needed a friend like her. Thanks God.

"Hey I'm going to get drinks do you want anything?"

"Get me a Bloody Mary. As bloody as it can get."

"Okay."

I walked towards the bar, pushing my way through the sweaty people dancing. Finally I made it to the bar area. I looked back to make sure Alexis was okay only to see her talking to a hot blond tall guy. Then she started grinding on the guy. Classic Alexis. I said to myself rolling my eyes.

I looked back to see the bartender eye fucking me. Disgusting perv.

"Excuse me, are you done eye fucking me cause I would like to get drinks."

"Um .. I.. I'm sorry," I could see his cheeks reddening. "W..what would you ..um like?"

"Are you always ths unprofessional around your customers?"

"No. Only around pretty ladies like you." Did he seriously say that? Gosh someone remind me to bleach my ears later.

" I would like one Bloody Mary and one non alcoholic cocktail."

"Coming right up." I just hummed as a response.

"Here you go."

"How much is it?"

"That will be...

"I'll be paying for the pretty lady." A deep voice answered for me. I turned to look at the person and damn was he fine.

"If you insist."

"So what's a pretty lady like doing here."

"I just came to pick up a few groceries and decided to explore, you know. Like why else would I be at a club?" I  replied sarcastically, rolling my eyes.

"Feisty I like that. What's your name?"

"What makes you think I should tell you, hmm?" I asked running my hand up his suit jacket.

"So I can save your number by that name."

"The only problem with that plan is that you don't have my number."

"Oh, so would you like me to note it down?" He asked taking his phone out off his jacket.

"I see what you're trying to do."
