CHAPTER 1

DIAMOND'S POV

Another dreadful morning of working with a bunch of bitchy clients. I'm so tired of every fucking person.

Let me tell you about my life. I'm Diamond and 24 years old. I have a 3 year old sister with no parents. They died in a car accident 2 years ago and I had to take the roll of the parent for my little sister. I'm working 10 hours a day with an hour lunch break. When I get off from work, I need to pick up my sister in daycare, go home, make dinner, wash my sister and spend some time with her. I'm so tired, but I can't complain because I love my sister. We live in a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room. I just need a break sometimes.

It's lunch hour and the diner is very busy at this hour. I'm currently busy wiping my table when I hear the door opening, but I play no mind to it. Why are the people silent all of a sudden ? When I turn around I see two handsome guys standing there. Are they important or what ? Why does the people look so scared ? They move to a table at the corner of the diner. "Diamond" ! I hear my manager call me and look at her. "Can you please go and serve that two guys" she asked with a scared impression. The manager is even sacred of them. Who are they ?

When I walk to their table, both their eyes are on the table. I clear my throat and their looked up. WOAH ! I'm met with the most wonderful gray eyes. He's eyes are so beautiful, intimidating and cold. No emotions. He's so fucking handsome. An real ADONIS. Fuck me ! The guy next to him clears his throat and I look at him. He gave me a smile and said "can I get a black coffee with one sugar please". "Sure sir" I said and turn to the Adonis and he is looking at me. "And what can I get you sure?" I asked him. "Black coffee, no sugar" he said. Fuck even he's voice is sexy, but he has no emotion. I mentally roll my eyes. "Coming right up" I said and leave to get their order. When I get to the counter my friend Cindy asked me "do you know who that guys are" and I replied with "no and I'm not interested". She whispered " I heard that the hot, sexy one with the gray eyes are the Italian Mafia Leader and the one next to him is his bestfriend. But I don't know if it's true" MAFIA ? Fuck no, I can't get involved with people like that. "No, and I don't give a fuck who he is. I'm not interested" I told her. "Just be careful with what you say to them" she said. I scoffed. "Yes sir".

When I was done with their order I walked over to them. "Here you go, enjoy". None of them said a thing. I scoffed and the one next to mister sexy looked up. "Do you need anything " he asked. "Yes, a thank you " I said and leave from their table. Fucking ungrateful, sexy bastards.
