Friday morning at the Konoha begins like any other day, with staff members expecting their hectic flow of patients. However, as the clock strikes nine, a sudden wave of patients floods into the emergency department, creating a sense of controlled chaos. The waiting room quickly fills up with a diverse mix of individuals seeking medical attention, ranging from worried parents clutching their sick children to elderly patients with urgent health concerns. The atmosphere buzzes with a palpable sense of urgency as doctors, nurses, and support staff work seamlessly together, triaging and attending to each patient with utmost care. The hospital's resources are put to the test as every available room is occupied, and efficiency becomes paramount to ensure that everyone is attended to promptly.

Kakashi composed himself after talking to Minato about his decision, he made sure to not let any feelings come in his way while treating his patients. After departing from the office, he observed the rumored new director watching the ER in action outside, while police officers were interrogating a few patients. Kakashi sarcastically laughs inwardly. He saw the confused look on his face, thinking how does a countryside hospital be so operational at nine in the morning. He slowly stepped in front of Might Guy, a smug look under his face.

"I've heard an amusing rumor..." Kakashi stood in front of Might Guy. "That you're planning on coming to our hospital."

"That spread quickly." Might Guy simply smiled. "I was offered to do so, but I haven't made up my mind yet."

Kakashi nodded as a chuckle escaped. "We will be grateful if you come to this humble place. But I wonder if it'll be alright with you." Kakashi glanced at the old structure of the hospital. "It may look shabby, but it's a surgical hospital." He turned to the ER door. "About 8 or 9 out of 10 patients suffer from traffic accidents or industrial accidents. Workers for the construction site for a new apartment complex. And there are thugs who get beaten up while drinking. We get all types of patients." He glanced back at Might Guy. "What do you think? Do you think you can handle this?"

"Are you trying to scare me?"

"Are you scared?" Kakashi laughed before starting to move to the ER. "I'm busy, so please excuse me." Kakashi entered the ER and a patient was already at his side, speaking a foreign language and constantly touching his wound. He guided him to a nurse before moving onto the Hybrid room.

"What happened?" He asked as he stood next to the joint family case patient, laid unconscious on the bed with multiple central lines placed on her forearm.

"A 15-Year old Girl, drug poisoning. Her father seems to have attended a joint suicide with his family." Tsunade briefed.

"What about the drugs? Did you check?"

"I just checked. It's a calcium-channel blocker." Naruto placed the empty bottle of pills in Kakashi's hands. "He took a month's worth of nifedipine two weeks ago. Her vitals are 80 over 40 and the heart rate is 40."
