Hello ladies and gentlemen, I'm back:)
And now for my long absence a extra long chapter, with over 3000 words.
Enjoy<33

Rain is dropping on the window, the cold air is unbearable and the sound of crying is to hear. In the corner of the room is laying an 1 years old kid on the ground. In the middle of the room was her mother and father sitting by a wooden table. Both of them seem strongly annoyed and frustrated.

"We can't do this anymore. We can't keep this child. We can not feed this kid any longer, we don't even have enough food for ourselves. We can't give this child a home anymore, please just accept this fate and pull yourself together and face the truth!" The man, Joseph, snapped at his wife.

"But Joseph we can't leave our child alone. I love her with all my heart, you can't do this to me, please. I'm begging you, let her here by us. I will give her my food, I'll give her my bed, I give her everything that is mine, but please let her stay." Catherine begged her husband.

She loves her child more than everything and hearing that she can't keep her beloved daughter anymore, breaks her heart into a thousand pieces at once.

"Let's sleep a night over it, alright? Maybe you will change your mind to the better." Catherine calmed her husband down.

"Fine" murmured Joseph as a last answer, before going to bed.

Before Catherine could join him, she walked towards her daughter and hugged her tightly to her body. "I promise you, I will always be by your side. Even though I'm far away from you, I'll be there watching you and protecting you from all the evil out there, my love.” she whispered in her daughter's ear, before putting her back in her place and laying down on the mattress beside her husband.

The next morning has already arrived and the soft sunlight is shinning through the window, waking up Catherine. She stretched herself a little before staying a few minutes longer in bed. The atmosphere is too perfect at the moment.

Wait.

The atmosphere is never perfect, because she is waking up with the sound of her daughter's crying almost everyday.

Apprubtly she stands up and ran into the room where her daughter is usually laying. As she made her way to her sleeping spot, she couldn't see her anywhere. Panic made his way up the the woman's sense. Where is her daughter?

Just as the woman was ready to get a panic attack, her husband comes into the house, with an unreadable expression. As Catherine saw her husband, she immediately ran up to him and tried to explain the situation. Before that can happen, her husband make with his hand a signal to keep quit.

"Everything is done now. You don't have to worry anymore" This was the only thing Joseph had to say.

"What do you mean by 'You don't have to worry anymore'? Joseph what happened? Where is our daughter?" Catherine asked with a croaky voice.

But it never came an answer.

In this moment William felt everything but curious. So, he followed the sound and ended up by a dark, cold alley. Carefully, he took a few steps forward, before stopping by a basket with a moving blanket on top.

He sat his suitcase down right next to him and slowly sliding down the blanket. The disclosure was a little child. William was wondering how parents can leave their child like that. But now he has quite a problem.
