Sweet rivalry

Somehow you ended up in a perplexed situation. You weren't aware of how you arrived or the significance of this location. Even though you had been walking for an hour and were pretty exhausted, all you could do was move on. The world is in various tones of black and white while the sky is purple. Both humans and monsters are moving by. None of them appeared to pay you any attention.

You eventually found yourself in a store since you needed some munchies. Fortunately, you still had a little money on you. Even though you don't recall receiving any money, you ignored it and went in quest of some munchies.

One last stock of chocolate bar was seen as you browsed the aisle; it was relatively affordable when compared to the chips and other snacks there. Given that you don't have enough money, it was also fortunate that you found it.

While you reached out to take the chocolate, another hand was just about to take it. You gazed at the hand and uttered a short "Huh?" before glancing at a strange boy.

He was dressed in a white jacket, black undershirt, and slacks, and he also wore a golden heart locket. He had white-colored hair and fair skin. After studying him for a brief period, you realized that he looks like someone from an anime you've seen.

There was a tense moment as you both attempted to claim it as your own while glaring at one another; it was like a staring contest. However, the albino boy snatched the chocolate bar before your hand could get to it thanks to his incredibly quick reflexes.

"Hey, back off... I had it first!" He exclaimed, giving you a defiant glare.

You blinked, slightly taken aback by his swift actions and his assertiveness. Then you scowled at him and said, "Hey, hold on, I saw it first too! It's not fair for you to just snatch it away like that."

The albino Walmart-looking Killua narrowed his eyes, refusing to back down. "Well, tough luck. It's mine now. Finders keepers, right?" He smirked, taunting you.

It was more like a kindergarten debate about who gets the toy first as you two battled back and forth over the last chocolate bar.

Crossing your arms demonstrated your will not to give up easily. "Listen, I've had a long day, and that chocolate bar is just what I need to cheer myself up. How about a challenge, perhaps? Takes the chocolate for the winner?"

A mischievous smirk played on his lips. "Oh, a challenge, huh? What do you propose?"

You glanced around the store, searching for inspiration. Then, an idea struck you. "How about a game of rock-paper-scissors? It's simple, quick, and completely fair. Best out of three rounds."

He tilted his head, considering your proposition. After a moment, he nodded in agreement. "Fine. Rock-paper-scissors it is. But don't expect me to go easy on you."

You smiled with determination, knowing that you were up for the challenge. You both positioned your hands, ready to play the game.

"On the count of three," you said, excitement filling your voice. "One... two... three!"

With each round, you and him matched each other's moves, trying to outsmart one another. The tension grew as the score remained tied after the first two rounds.

In the deciding round, your heart raced as you made your move. You hoped that luck would be on your side. And as you opened your hand to reveal your choice, you saw that you had defeated his move.

"Scissors beat paper!" you exclaimed, a victorious smile spreading across your face, feeling proud of yourself.

Mr. Albino stared at his defeated hand, momentarily speechless. Then, a small smirk tugged at the corner of his lips. "Well played," He admitted, sounding a little amused in the process. "I guess the chocolate bar is rightfully yours."

You couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction as you claimed your prize. But as you turned to leave, a thought crossed your mind.

"Hey, I don't think I caught your name," you said, facing the albino kid once again.

He hesitated for a moment before responding, his voice softer this time. "It's Chara. And what's yours?"

With a friendly grin, you introduced yourself, feeling a connection forming between the two of you.

As you walked away from the store, chocolate bar in hand, you couldn't help but feel that this chance encounter might lead to something more. Perhaps sharing that last piece of chocolate had opened the door to a new and unexpected adventure with Chara by your side.

This one was a bit short, how do you folks feel about this? This is the first time I've created a character for a one-shot and I barely see any fics about this dude. I'm really trying to make XChara's character as canon as possible :p

Also, please add some scenario ideas to the comments as well.
