I wasn't wrong.

He's dead.

...

His head had the trash bag he took to clean strung tightly around his neck, covering his head completely.

Yet that didn't stop the crimson red blood from pooling out of his head.

His blood was everywhere.

It wasn't just on the floor. It was on the walls. Like someone had bashed his head in.

...

I don't want to look at this, but I can't rip my eyes from it.

...

"So? What is i-" Moxie started, abruptly stopping herself after seeing his corpse. I walked away from the scene a bit to distance myself from the tragedy.

"I- I'm gonna need a second-" Moxie said, walking to the corner.

Everyone else was in shock. I don't think anyone will be the same after this.

Ally broke down. It was hard to tell what she was saying, but it was obvious she felt as if it was her fault because this was "her idea".

...

Moxie came back after 30 seconds. She looked dazed, gray almost, as if she had vomited out nearly everything in her body.

I don't think I'd be too wrong about her vomiting though.

"Listen we need to get the fuck out of here," Moxie shouted.

"That would make sense," Eliza agreed looking as if she was trying to keep composure.

"Yeah we need to get out before someone else dies," Tyler said in a panic.

We all seemed to agree we needed to leave.

You already know why.

////

We were all at the entrance. Unfortunately for us, the door was shut and locked.

Moxie, being the one who clearly wanted to get out the most was the first to bang at the door.

"Moxie, stop that before you hurt yourself," Eliza said, basically ripping them away from assualting the door.

"No! We're getting out of here and I don't care how many hospital visits it takes!" Moxie protested.

"Moxie it's not gonna work, and I'm not having you practically kill yourself over a door," Eliza said.

"Yeah, I agree with Eliza," Evelyn said, "We should find another way out,"

"Maybe a window?" Samantha suggested, gazing at the countless of windows that litter the area.

"Yeah, there's plenty of those," Tyler agreed.

"Well, most of them are bound shut from straight rust, and the ones that aren't are probably too high up anyways," Ally informed,"

"But it's probably our only option," Ally continued.

"Well it might be risky, but we should split up," Tyler suggested, "We can't go together for everything, that's just ineffecient,"

"Okay but are these doors actually locked? Or are they jammed?" I ask.

"Definitely locked, incase you can't tell, thats a lock," Moxie says, pointing to a lock I didn't notice before.

"So wouldn't we be able to instead try finding a key for this thing? Wouldn't there be a key somewhere here for the literal enterance?" I suggest.

"That could work, but I'm not sure if there'd be a key anywhere anyways," Ally said.

"Maybe best of both worlds?" Sam asked, "Like some people search for a key, the others check for any good windows?"

Tyler agrees, "That should work,"

"Yeah, I don't think we really have another option anyways," Eliza said.
