Chapter 16: Ferret

A huge flame fires up. "Although, I have to admit that horntail is right nasty piece of work. Poor Ron nearly fainted just seeing him you know." Says the Giant.

Harry looks up at him annoyed look on his face. "Ron was here?" He asks. Hagrid nods his head "Oh sure. His brother Charlie helped bring him over from Romania. Didn't Ron tell you that?" Of course Hagrid doesn't know they aren't talking.

Harry shakes his head "No he didn't. He didn't tell me a thing." He admits, Y/N is still looking at the Dragons.

Third person pov...

Its the next day ans Y/N is hanging out with her girlfriend, they are walking along the hallway near the couryard.

All Y/N sees are students wearing badges that say either 'Potter stinks' 'Cedric Rules' or 'Lupin Cheats' The H/C girl storms pass them everyone making her angry.

Hermione is holding her hand teying to keep her girlfriend calm, as they walk they come across Cedric and Harry talking together in the courtyard.

The two girls make their way over to them. "Harry, have you told him yet?" Asks Y/N, the hufflepuff looks down at her an eyebrow raised. Harry shakes his head. "Dragons. That's the first task. They've got one for each of us." He tells the taller boy.

Hermione gasps in horror next to her girlfriend, Y/N wraps an arm around her ans hugs her. "I can't believe it" she whispers, neither can Y/N.

Cedrics eyes widened. "Are you serious And Fleur and Krum,do they...?" He asks, Harry and Y/N nod their head. "Yes they do" Says Y/N, the older boy nods his head.

" Right." Before the three fourth years can leave he stops them by holding Harrys shoulder said boy blushes slightly. "Hey listen, about the badges. I've asked them not to wear them." He sounds apologetic.

Harry shrugs the hand off. "Dont worry about it" Says the scarred boy, Y/N shrugs her shoudlers ans the three leave Cedric. Ron and Seamus are walking along. Harry approaches them.

Behind him Y/N and Hermione roll their eyes, boys. Harry stands infront of them and addresses Ron. "You're a right foul git you know that?" He glares at his susposed to be best friend.

Ron glares back "You think so?" He asks angry, Harry nods his head. "I know so." The ginger haired boy then asks "Anything else?"

Harry steps back "Yeah. Stay away from me" "Fine." Harry then turns around and walks back to his Godsister and Hermione, the three then walk toward a tree.

As they do Draco calls out, he's sitting up a tree  below him are his group of crooneies. "Why so tense Potter? My father and I have a bet you see. I don't think you're gonna last ten minutes in this tournament. He disagrees. He thinks you won't last FIVE." He exclaims jumping down from the tree.

Already pissed of Harry storms towards the Slytherin while Y/N stands behind him staying out of this fight. "I don't give a damn what you or your father thinks Malfoy. He's vile and cruel, and you're just pathetic." Yells Harry Y/N snorts making Hermione glare at her though she found it funny too.

Harry walks away and Draco angrily tries casting a spell. Mad-Eye appears and quickly turns Malfoy into a ferret. This made Y/N burst out in laughter. "I'll teach you to cast when someones back is turned." Exclaims the teacher.

As this was happening a group of students gathered to see him twirl Draco around. Suddenly Professor McGonagall appears and ruins the fun.

"Professor Moody what are you doing?" She demands, Mad-Eye Continues to shake Draco up and down "Teaching." He replies.

" Is that a student?" Exclaims McGonagall dreading the answer. "Technically it's a ferret." Yells Mad-Eye.

       Mad-Eye is making the ferret hover around. He sends it up the trouser leg of one of Draco's friends. He squirms and looks uncomfortable. Everyone else is laughing. Mad-Eye winks to Harry and he laughs. Eventually it comes back out and McGonagall turns Draco back to normal.

Y/N then counts down on her hand "3..2..1.." she whispers when the last finger went down drqco yelled. "My father will hear about this!" This made Hermione laugh of course her girlfriend knew what he was going to say.

       "Is that a threat!" Booms MadEye, Draco runs away. Mad-Eye shouts back at him. "I could tell you stories about your father that would curl even your greasy hair boy! It doesn't end here!" Once again everyone exploded into laughter.

"We never use transfigration as a punishment, surely Dumbledore told you that." Says McGonagall are at Mad-Eye, the Defnse Professor grumbles   " He might've mentioned it." Not looking at her.

McGonagall nods satisfied. "Well you will do well to remember it." She says Y/N watches as Mad-Eye sticks his tongue out when her back was turned.

Mad-Eye then comes over to Harry, Y/N and Hermione, he looks at Harry. "come with me." He says ans Harry is dragged off.

Y/N and Hermione look at each other. "Well that was funny" Says thr Werewolf making her girlfriend roll her eyes. The two girls then walk to their dorm room.

Y/N is dating on her bed when Hermione joins her she has a notebook and pen in her hand. "Let's talk about your plan for the first task" she says making Y/N groan, she completely forgot about the tournament.

For the next couple of hours the two work together to form a plan for Y/N to survive the first task as it was only a couple of days away.
