Chapter 22: Asking Mione

Start of recap...

when they finished, Y/N could not stop smiling. She was still a bit clumsy, but she had finally found her rhythm. "Wow! N/N that was amazing!" Sirius exclaimed, pulling her into a hug.

"I couldn't have done it without you two" Y/N replied, feeling grateful for her parents' love and support, she could not wait to get back to Hogwarts and ask Hermione to the Ball.

Third person pov...

Harry, Ron and Y/N are walking around the grounds, Y/N had been telljng them about her Parents teaching her to dance, as the boys complain.

"Why do they always have to travel in packs? How are you supposed to get one alone to ask them" Says the golden boy, Y/N laughs at his words.

"Of course you two can't get any girl" laughs Y/N, this made the two boys give her a dirty look. "Oh yeah bet you haven't asked Hermione to the Ball yet" yells Ron.

Y/N blushes in embarrassment and macks the teens head. "Shut up red" she yelled, sure she hadn't asked her yet, she wills soon.

As the boys continue complaining a Groups of girls are giving them icy looks and turning their backs.

Later that day the group of four are outside by the back lake sitting on a rock, Y/N is playing by the water skipping rocks.

Hermione watches her with a smile, suddenly the peace is ruined by Viktor Krum who is training.

A group of girls are following him around, giggling and fangirling over him making the Werewolf roll her eyes, Harry watches them as he ran a weird feeling in his stomach.

Y/N raises an eyebrow at her Godbrothers reaction to Krum. "Looks like someone has a couple of crushes this year" she mumbles to herself wondering if her Godbrother is Bisexual at all.

The next day...

Y/N is up early, earlier than most of the Gryffindors, she waits downstairs in the common room for one person, Hermione.

She had decided to finally ask the girl to the ball, after weeks of being to nervous to ask she will do it today.

After waiting for a half an hour Hermione appears startling the girl out of her thoughts.

A smile on her face Y/N stands and holds her Girlfriends hand. "Hey Mione" she says  a stupid grin on her face. Hermione can't hide the smile on her face.

"Morning N/N, what's up" she says feeling suspicious of the girls food mood, Y/N jsut swings their hands.

"Nothing, I was wondering if I could talk to you?" The Werewolf askes the girl. Hermione is confused but agrees. "Sure"

Soon thw duo are outside sitting on the grounds of the school, Y/N lays on the grass and Hermione sits next to her, after a few minutes Y/N sits up and faces the bushy haired girl.

"Mione, there's something I want to ask you" she starts off, Hermione looks at Y/N a soft smile on her face.

"Of course N/N, what is it" she says already guessing what she was going to ask, the E/C girl bites her lip before looking away.

"Doyouwanttogototheyuleballwithme!" She yells in a rush, Hermione blinks at her hardly hearing a word apart from ball and Me.

A smile is on her face understanding Y/Ns blush, the Werewolf shakes her head blushing brightly before repeating herself, this time less rushed.

"I said, do you want to go to the ball with me?" She voices, this time slow. Hermiones smile widens, she launches herself at Y/N, making the Werewolf roll backwards onto the grass.

Her sight is blocked by Hermione as the brown haired girl hugs her tightly. "Yes!  I would love to!" She yells loud enough for a of Hogwarts to hear.

Y/Ns smile almost brakes her face as she hugs Hermione tightly to herself, pulling the girl closer, they begin laughing.

"Woo! I'm going to the ball with Hermione fucking Granger!" She exclaims with joy, once their laughter calmed down Y/N gently tugged Hermione away.

She gives the confused teen a smile before leaning forward and kissing the girl, Hermione eagerly kissed back.

When the kiss ends they stay laying on the grass enjoying the silence of the early hours, Hermione laying on Y/N arm.

"I was hoping you would ask me, I already had to reject someone" comments Hermione, Y/N feels her wolf growl in her head as she hears Hermione.

She clears her throat. "And who might that be?" She questions keeping a neutral tone. Hermione laughs to herself.

Her girlfriend was very protective of her. "It was Victor Krum, he askes me during the weekend you weren't here" she explained, Y/N is silent for a bit before tugging the girl closer.

"I'm sorry I wish I asked you sooner but was so scared if you rejected me" voices Y/N, at her words Hermione pulls away and sits up.

"I could never reject you N/N"she said softly, the H/C girls smiles. "Really?" "Really" suddenly the silence is ruined by the sound if students waking up.

"Oh no, we better go for breakfast!" Yells Mione, jumping up and grabbing Y/Ns hand, the two girls run to breakfast hand in hand happy to be together.

Woo Y/N finally asked Hermione to the Ball! Now her worries are over for now atleast still task 2 and 3 to go.
