"First of all 'taste of the streets' thats india shit so" she mumbled waving him off. Von said twisting his finger around his dreads. Koi nodded listening. Koi always gave the other person a chance to explain themselves during times like this.
Von went quiet. Then motioned towards her. "von we were dating and we Were going strong, they all knew about us, respectfully, but then he started getting to the point where i couldnt even brag on your name, or show you off, and you got these random hoes think they can really fuck with me, but you wanna shoot or kill any nigga who touchin me" she told him.
Von could see the hurt and anger written in her face as she spoke. "Then tou started coming home late, thats when i knew you was out hoeing, coming home a mess then having condoms in your wallet like we wasnt fuckin raw everytime, and you still wondering why i left you" she spoke pointing at him.
Von took a deep breath in. " you say 'im real' 'im raw' but your none of those at all, you broke the deal we had when you created it, all the watched and chains and earrings and ringa you bought me you could have that shit back, and you know i grew up with nothing and a barely loving mother so its hard for me to show love but i Was willing for you" she explained her voice cracking at the end. Von looked in her eyes watching them water up.
"now you can be with all your hoes cause i know you was itchin too, you were onw of the realest niggas i was ever with until you fucked up, yeah you heard what i was saying when we were arguing but you never listened, you gonna get caught with them rappers and strippers im tellin you, so fuck how you feel nigga im mad at you" koi spoke to him crying. Von felt his heart drop to his stomach.
He's made plenty of hoes cry of course never affected him, but he loved koi more then he loved himself, her crying because of him made him feel terrible, horrible all of the above.
"come here ko im sorry mama" von mumbled leaning over as he hugged her. koi hugged von back crying in his shoulder. this lasted about three minutes before koi pulled away.
"thank you fa hearing me out ko" von mumbled. Koi wiped under her eyes nodding. "ima letchu be, i see how you feelin, and trust i feel horrible and you ain deserve nunnat, ima get betta ko on my kids i will" he told her koi nodded. Von unlocked the door as she opened it. Koi leaned in grabbing her phone.
"Bye dayvon" she spoke closing the door walking back to the air bnb.
Von made sure she made it into the house befor pulling off.
Von, durk booka and muwop sat in a section at the club to take von's mind off of everything. He had smoked at least 3 full blunts.
Muwop and booka rapped along to crazy story as durk typed away on his phone. "Damn durk who gotchu that happy textin fast as shit" von joked. "Shit india, she unblocked me she want me ta see ha in the mornin" durk spoke.
Von nodded all his guilt filling his system. "Oh shit my bad twin forgot you officially cut off ko" durk mumbled. "its aight" he muttered. Durk gave a hesitant nod going back to his phone. Von blew out smoke before passing the blunt to booka.
Von sighed looking around the club the flashing strobe lights blaring everywhere. Everything was smooth until his phone rang. He fished it out his pocket seeing Koi's Contact Name.
He raised a eyebrow answering. "wassup koi" he mumbled. He heard her crying over the line. "Von he cheated" she cried. von kissed his teeth. "Hea i come"
