Todoroki Family But....

Surprise

It's been a five years since Uri left the Todoroki's. No one has seen her or heard from her. She never went back to school throughout the years, and no one knew if she had a place she liked to hang out. Uri also had no friends, so there was nowhere she could be and she also never left the country, it's like she disappeared into thin air.
Toya had been acting distant since she left too. He never stayed all day at the house and he would pack leftovers from dinner and take it with him at night. But no one bothered to pay any mind to that for he was a grown adult man, and he could take care of himself, but it was just weird.
Eventually less people got involved with searching for Uri, and concluding that she may have just left city. Rei was devastated to have to admit the reality of the situation, but there was no denying it anymore. It has been five years, she had no contact or money...Uri is either dead or out there far, far away.
After graduation and a years of experience, Shoto becomes a pro hero alongside the number one hero Deku (Izuku).
One day there was a large dust cloud that covered the city. Shoto was patrolling around the city as he witnessed the air filled with- 'Ash?!' Deku who was on the other side of the city spoke into his earpiece, "Deku found source of commotion on 36th street by Endeavor Agency." Shoto was stunned but quickly hurried to the area, as did other heroes in the nearby streets. 
When Shoto arrived he saw as multiple people were being attacked by Nomu's. He sparked a fire to light up the area as the sky was dimmed from all the ash. But his flame was quickly extinguished with icicles. He attempted again, but the same thing happened. Suddenly a purple cloud flooded the area and cleared the ash in the air. And everyone looked at the person that stood in the middle of chaos with shock.
It was a thin tall female figure. She had white hair and a chunk of red hair in her bangs. When she looked up she had brown eyes with black paint surrounding them like a mask. She wore a gray shirt and black leather pants with high top sneakers.
Everyone was shocked. "U-Uri?!" Shoto said.
"Oh? You still recognize me? Whatever I don't care about you Shoto, where is he?" She said in a stiff cold voice. "Who?" He asked confused.
She scoffed, "Don't act like you don't know. The old man!" Uri demanded.
Just as Shoto was going to continue stalling Endeavor showed up behind him. "You wanted me?" He said looking at her and saw flashes of Dabi. 'Déjà vu...' He thought to himself.
"Not really." Uri responded.
Everyone stood there stunned. Why would she ask for him if she did want anything to do with him. "Then why did you ask for me?" Endeavor asked, sounding frustrated.
"Just so you can see me now. I didn't care for your words. I didn't care if you excepted me as your child or not. I didn't care if you loved me or not. I didn't become this because of you, so don't worry you don't have to feel guilty." She said with a slight laugh following her sentence.
"Then why are you doing this?" Shoto asked. Uri then burst out laughing like he had said the joke of the century. When she had calmed down she shouted with a smile that reached ear to ear, "BECAUSE ITS FUN!"
Everyone looked at her like she was crazy. Shoto grunted and used his ice quirk at her and Uri used her fire quirk to counter his attack. Everyone stood shocked. "Enji Todoroki, I now have the same exact quirk as your 'perfect child' , will you except me now?" She at first had a straight face while asking that question, but then her expression changed to an unsettling smile and maniac eyes.
"Oops. To late! HA HA HA!!!"
Everyone was doomed that day. The past Uri is gone, it's time for the new era.
