(Ashley's POV) *Flashback*
I was just sitting in the car seat, my head leaning on the seat belt near the window, the car came to a full stop, "Are we here Dad?" I asked "Yes we are" My father replied. That was the day my whole life would change, my mother had died a year ago in a plane accident. My dad and I went broke, we needed help.
My dad knocked on the door of this neutral colored house, and a young boy with blonde hair and a book in his hands answered the door, he looked like he was my age, "Hello" He said
"Hello" My father answered "Is Anne and Tom Harper home?" he asked
"MOM, DAD, A GUY NEEDS YOUUUU" He yelled, I chuckled. Before the parents could reach the door, Three other kids came out, "Hi! Im Dawn!" A blonde headed girl wearing a pink tutu said, she was also wearing a yellow shirt with a colorful soccer ball on it. "Hello there, Im Dicky" A brown haired boy said, he was wearing a black jacket and sunglasses. "Hiiii! Im Nicky!" An enthusiastic, cute, brunette boy, with green eyes said, he opened the door more and we walked in. By then two adults who I guessed were their parents came to greet us.
"Noah! Long time no see!" A blonde haired woman hugged my dad "Anne! Hi! I can't believe it's you! The quads are getting so big!" My dad answered "And im guessing this is Ashley? Shes so cute! She'll love the quads, they are very nice." The woman who im guessing is Anne answered.
"Noah!! Oh my gosh, man its been forever! How has Ashley been!" A man who is slowly balding on the top of his head said as he hugged my dad "Tom!! Hey! Its good to see you man! Where should we unload our stuff?" My dad asked, now I realized that this is where we are moving. But why are the people still here? "Ash, Hun, This is Anne and Tom, and these are their 4 quads, Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn. We are moving in with them." My dad had just told me which answered my question. "So these are like my new siblings?" I asked "Yes Ley Ley, Your besties for life, right here." My dad said

I brought my soft pink suitcase upstairs, my suitcase had a yellow ribbon bow tied on the handle, It was my mom's. I rolled my suitcase into this room that had light yellow walls it was big enough for me and one other person, it had a window seat and a bed already fit there for me and so many train tracks around it i picked them all up and put them into a random empty box and shoved it in the hall, when I was finished putting all my clothes away, I looked at my small light blue watch and it read 6:30pm. Its almost time for dinner, i should get downstairs. I said in my mind

I had moved into the Harper household exactly 6 years ago, since then, I've started school, I started 5th grade a month ago, and so far my life has been.... SO CHAOTIC. The quads.. I swear. Always getting into trouble. But we do it together. Thats been the best part, Making friends that I never thought I would find. They have been with me through thick and thin, but today was a whole new level. The quads got in trouble for a "Foam Fight" in science.
"Are you guys kidding? How did you manage to get a dog without me? And even after the crap yall pulled today." I said irritated. "What can I say, We are charmers." Dicky said with a smirk on his face, I sighed.
"Whats wrong Lorelei?" Nicky asked with a concerned tone
"Nothing" I shrugged
"Come on, I can tell when something is bothering you." He puts a calming hand on my shoulder, I look down to hide my blushing cheeks.
"Fine, You got me. I have been kinda lonely lately." I said with a frown
"Why? You have us, you have me." He says with a calming voice
"It's not just you guys, I don't even have you guys in the same class." I say
"Thats ok, you can make new friends"
"But how? I can't talk to the kids in my class. What if they don't like me?" I say with tearing eyes
"Hey, its ok" He puts a arm around my shoulder "If they don't like you, there is something wrong with them. And plus you still have me and the quads"
"Thank you Nicky" I say
"Anytime Ashley" He pulls me into a short hug

The next day, I walk into the classroom. I see these 2 girls, I know them from the first day of school. I only know their names, The 2 girls walk up to me,
"Hi! I'm Avery Murnock, and this is Taylor Meredith." Avery said, she is a blonde haired girl, who's in school choir with me. I heard her mom had Leukemia. I hope that she's okay from that, I know how it feels to lose a mother, but at least her mom is still living. Taylor Meredith, she was a dark brunette with a butterfly clip in her hair. I heard that she had a big crush on Felix Roberts. But I can't tell if that's true.
"Hi!" I say back "I'm Ashley Wells," I say with my hands folded behind my back
"It's nice to meet you Ashley! Hey, Would you like to hang out with us at recess today?" Taylor asked with a smile
"Sure! Sounds like fun." I say smiling back
"Alright class! Take your seats! I have an announcement to make, We have new students joining us for the rest of the year, they have been transferred from the other class to our class. Come on in guys!" Mr. Lowe spoke
The four kids walked in, my face dropped in shock.
"THE HARPER QUADS!?" Conner, a kid in the back of the class yelled in irritation.
Oh God, this is gonna be a chaotic mess now.
