I heard the boom then I couldn't breath. I figured I was dying so I just went with it. For what felt like hours till I realized I was under water . I fought to get air. I became dizzy and my hands were still bound.
I fought to get up and I realized I wasn't gunna make it.

I was walking and suddenly noticed something half out of the water. I walked closer to realize it was a woman. She was in a tank top and underwear and she had a chain on her hands.

I rushed to get security two uniforms police cam. The looked amazed. The radioed a helicopter and the woman was taken . I hope she's ok I gave the officer my info and praye the girl was ok
