I couldn't contain my excitement as I stood outside the cozy little café, waiting for Halsey. We had been talking for a while now, and tonight was our first official date. I had butterflies in my stomach, a mix of nerves and anticipation.

As the door swung open, Halsey stepped out, her radiant smile illuminating the dimly lit street. My heart skipped a beat at the sight of her, and I couldn't help but return the smile.

"Hey," she greeted me, her voice filled with warmth. "I'm so glad we could finally go on this date."

I nodded, my words catching in my throat for a moment. "Me too. You look absolutely stunning, by the way."

Halsey's cheeks flushed a soft shade of pink as she tugged at the hem of her dress. "Thank you," she replied, her voice laced with a hint of bashfulness. "Shall we?"

We made our way into the café, the cozy ambiance embracing us like a warm hug. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, creating an inviting atmosphere. We found a small corner table and settled into our seats, our eyes locked in a comfortable gaze.

The conversation flowed effortlessly as we shared stories, laughter, and dreams. Halsey's passion for music and art shone through every word she spoke, and I found myself captivated by her energy.

Between sips of coffee and bites of cake, Halsey reached across the table, her hand gently resting on mine. "I'm really enjoying this," she confessed, her voice soft.

A smile tugged at the corners of my lips as I squeezed her hand gently. "Me too. It feels so easy, being with you."

Halsey's gaze met mine, and a glimmer of something deeper flickered in her eyes. "You make me feel like I can be myself, completely and unapologetically," she admitted.

"I wouldn't want it any other way," I replied, sincerity filling my voice. "You're incredible just the way you are."

We spent the rest of the evening lost in our own little world, oblivious to the bustling café around us. The hours seemed to fly by as we talked about everything and nothing, our connection growing stronger with each passing moment.

As the night drew to a close, we walked out of the café, the moonlight casting a gentle glow on the street. Halsey slipped her hand into mine, intertwining our fingers.

"Thank you for tonight," she said softly, her voice filled with genuine gratitude.

"It was my pleasure," I replied, a smile playing on my lips. "I had an amazing time."

We stood there for a moment, savoring the sweet silence between us, knowing that this was just the beginning of something beautiful.

Halsey leaned in, her lips brushing against my cheek in a gentle kiss. "Goodnight," she whispered, her breath warm against my skin.

"Goodnight," I replied, my voice filled with warmth and anticipation for what the future held.

As I walked away, a sense of contentment washed over me, and I couldn't help but feel grateful for the chance to have Halsey in my life. With her by my side, I knew that every moment would be filled with love, laughter, and the magic of discovering the world together.

And as the stars twinkled above, I couldn't wait for our next adventure, where our hearts would intertwine even more, creating a melody that would resonate throughout our lives.

I wrote this after rewatching all of us are dead for the 10th time. I'm pretty obsessed with it. I had a book about it but unpublished it. Would you be interested in reading it? Anyways thanks for the request, I really appreciate that you are enjoying this book.
Gotta go now, I have to write another chapter of 'More than that' and then I'll start with another oneshot.
See ya.

Have a great day/night :]
