personality: Matt is a bit on the redneck side. he has very conservative views, which he learned from his peers in school. he starts off charming and kind, but deep down he's manipulative and controlling. this mostly roots from trauma, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he has selfish intentions. he's VERY overprotective of his younger sibling, Shea, but doesn't accept their gender identity or sexuality
interests: superheroes, cars and trucks, motorcycles, lifting, football (stereotypical american man)
backstory/important information: like most superheroes, his parents are dead. he feels the need to protect his younger sibling, but he oversteps a LOT. due to trauma from his parents death, he looks for control elsewhere. he finds this in controlling Aqua, and manipulating her in a romantic relationship that eventually forms. it doesn't take long for this relationship to become abusive. it's a relatively short relationship, but afterwards, the titans more or less cut contact with Matt. he still has a titans' communicator, and he's considered an honorary titan, but they don't interact. Matt has super strength powers and enhanced speed (but not as fast as the Flash)
