backstory/important information: Mira has severe depression. her father passed away from cancer when she was young, and her mother remarried to an abusive man. one of Mira's step-father's friends sexually assaulted Mira when she was only 12 years old. her mother and stepfather refused to believe her. ever since then, her already strained relationship with her mother and step-father has been completely ruined. Mira is rarely home; as soon as she got her driver's license she refused to stay home
