Three

You sat around for the rest of the day, watching tv with everyone.
You decided to sleep over on the beanbag
(A/N: Ik they call it a lovesac but that's a damn beanbag😭)

Kat brought you a blanket and a pillow and you got comfortable

You were about to fall asleep when you heard something on the window

*tap*
*tap*
*tap*

"What the hell.."
you got up and looked out the window to see a man in a ski mask. He waved as you stood there in shock

He walked up to the window and tapped again
*tap*
*tap*
*tap*

You eventually realized that was the sequence your brother used when he needed to sneak back in from parties.

You backed away from the window and ran upstairs

You tried to go into Kat's room but her door was locked.

All of a sudden you heard a bang and then the sound of glass shattering

"Fuck.. Kat please open the door.."
when she didn't respond you ran to Corey's room.

You grabbed the handle and ran inside

Corey sat up and looked at you confused
"Y/n..? What're you doing"

"He's here.. he broke the window.. please hide me"
You said out of breath while looking for a place to hide.

You heard footsteps coming up the stairs.

"Y/n what the hell is going on?" Corey whispered as the footsteps stopped.

"Shh.. he's here.."
you said while hiding under a pile of blankets. Trying to make it look like you weren't there.

The door opened to reveal a man, about 23 with a ski mask on.

Corey got up, standing in front of him. Colby walked in to stand behind the man quietly. Surprisingly no one really noticed he was there except Corey.

"Listen man, I don't know you but you'd better get out of here."
Corey said defensively

"Well.. Man.. I'm looking for y/n. I know she's in here. So tell me where she is before I have to find her myself."
He said, mocking Corey.

Colby grabbed the man, pinning his arms to his side and pushed him into the floor. He had his knee in the small of the man's back.

(A/n: I'm just gonna put a random name for the brother)

Corey bent down and took the ski mask off
He revealed the face of Denis.. Your brother.

Tears welled up in your eyes and you sniffles, pulling everyone's attention to the spot you were hiding in.

"It's ok Y/n/n you can come out. I won't hurt you" Denis said while struggling against Colby who was still holding him down.

You got out of your hiding spot, pushing the blankets off of you.

You walked over, shaking slightly as tears spilled down your face

"Do you know this guy?" Colby asked while looking between you and your brother

You nodded. "He's my brother... I left him and my parents back in (wherever you want, idk) when I moved.. they never treated me right. They always made me do everything. Ever since I was little. I got tired of it. So I left." You said, you started getting more upset. You stopped crying as you walked towards Denis.

You motioned for Colby to get off of him.

When Colby got up Denis pulled out a knife.
Exactly what you were waiting for

You dodged as he swung the knife towards you

You motioned for Colby and Corey to back away. You punched Denis in the throat causing him to start coughing.

While he was distracted you kicked him in the stomach and took his knife

You forced him to his knees and held the knife to his throat.

"After all these years. Of you mistreating me. You're finally the one in this position." You said into his ear

Colby stepped forward
"Y/n.. I know you've been through a lot. But this isn't the way to solve things" he said, slowly stepping behind you and placing his hand on your shoulder

You felt the warmth of his hand and dropped the knife.

*time skip brought to you by a random rolley Polley*

You called the cops and they arrived and took him away.

You knew this wasn't gonna be the end of this though. Now he knew where you were. He probably told your parents too.

You knew a simple restraining order and a year or two in jail wasn't gonna change anything. Not for the better atleast.

The rest of the policemen left and you went to the bathroom
You closed and locked the door and sank down the wall
You pulled your knees to your chest and cried into them.

A few minutes later someone tried to open the door
Your head snapped towards the door as you heard Colby from the other side
"Y/n open the door... everyone's worried about you."

You slowly stood up and opened the door.
You stepped forward and hugged Colby, crying into his chest.

He wrapped his arms around you and rubbed small circles into your back, trying to comfort you.

You both stood like that for a while before you calmed down. You pulled your head away and looked up at him.

You noticed the small wet spots on his shirt.
"Sorry.. I just-"

"No.. you don't need to apologize. It's okay" he cut you off, and you just rested your head on his chest.

Okay so that's all I have for this-
I didn't really know what to do and it was kinda rushed.
I had a class today that lasted about 4 hours. When I came home I had to help out around the house.
I did this in the span of maybe an hour.
If it sucks that's why lol
