Aurora was lied down on a couch in her common room, her legs were over Tabitha Gilson's legs while she was sat down, not daring to move a single muscle in case it would disturb Aurora.

"So, Eve" Aurora called her.

Evelynn gulped and eyed her, wondering what would she say.

"Yes, Rory?"

Aurora smiled slightly, she liked that nickname, and loved it when people called her Rory.

"How did Clifford ask you out? Did he give you roses, or perhaps wrote you a beautiful letter?"

"Um... He just asked me if I wanted to go with him to Hogsmeade. If you don't want me to go with him I can cancel".

"No, no, I don't want you to cancel. It just caught me off guard, that's it. I would've liked it if he had been a little more romantic. You know, win it, boy."

All three of her roommates nodded in agreement. Aurora rolled her eyes, tired of that extreme princess treatment. So she stood up and started walking through the common room.

"What are you thinking about?" Tabitha asked.

"Have you ever seen Regulus Black studying? Because I haven't, and still, he aces every class."

"I haven't either" Florence said.

"Me neither" Evelynn added.

Tabitha shook her head and Aurora groaned.

"How can a person not study and still get the best grades? That's not fair!"

"Hey, princess, calm down. What's wrong?" Evan Rosier, who just had entered the room, walked towards her "Someone as pretty as you shouldn't be angry".

Aurora let out a subtle laugh and leaned against the back of the sofa, turning her back on her friends who were still sat on the couches. She crossed her arms and look at Evan.

She liked him, he had always been nice to her, as everyone was, though she didn't quite like how flirty he was most of the time.

"I'm just thinking out loud".

"Keep doing it, I like your voice".

"Everyone likes my voice, but thanks. Oh, do you happen to know when the next quidditch match is?"

"Um... I think next Saturday, but I could be completely wrong. You should ask Regulus, though, he will know".

"I'm not asking Regulus".

"Why and what are you not asking me, sugar?" Regulus asked, walking down the stairs that lead to the boys' dorms.

"When the next quidditch match is" Evan answered.

"Next Sunday" Regulus said "You would've known if you didn't quit last year".

Aurora was good at quidditch, she used to play as a beater, and she was excellent in every match. But, when she started her sixth year at Hogwarts, she decided it was time to quit. She wouldn't become a professional quidditch player and she needed more time to study since that year her whole grade was having the advanced N.E.W.T classes (which were taught to prepare students for next year's exams) and she wanted to get the best grades possible. She did, but what pissed her off the most was that Regulus also got the best grades without having to quit quidditch.
