Ahh - Saturday Mornings.

Where the young wake up - only to enjoy the day ahead - but where the old also wake up, though rather to either relish in boredom due to certain circumstances.

Luckily, our protagonist, Usada Pekora,  was able to venture into both realms at the same time.

Like- here. Right here. I'll show you.

- ... -

Here we have an enclosed bedroom, with absolutely no naturally visible sunlight to be seen - well, no direct sunlight anyway.

The room looked like this; a cozy-looking room dawning pink and white-striped walls - a single door stood opposite the only window - Pekora's heavily-occupied desk sat in the corner of the room, just adjacent to the window, and the occupant's Queen-sized bed.

Her absolutely awesome gaming setup laid proud on that desk.

All three monitors stood on their respective Screensaver Modes, displaying various images of Peko herself, alongside some of her friends - how wholesome.

Speaking of Pekora-

The occupant of this wonderful domain found herself completely submerged in her blue blanket. No sign of her would poke out from that warm n'cozy death trap. But, a vague layout of her form was visible if you were to look carefully.

The room itself was guarded by a dreadful, yet extremely effective Air Conditioning unit - it was perched up on top of the hidden window.

The reason it was her room's Last Line of Defense  was simple.

Despite being rabbits, her family couldn't stand the cold - all, except the known Criminal herself. So once she found herself in heat (temperature pun), Pekora would seclude herself in Icy Prison and laugh at whomever as they gave up.

...

It was nearing the 'Crack of Dawn', or, 9:00 AM.

You'd assume Pekora had enough decency to wake up at 7:00 or 8:00 AM like a normal person. But no. Much like her senior and fellow friend Shion Murasaki, the rabbit had immense trouble waking up at such hours, to the point where she often joked about (or attempted to) how those who did so were akin to Robots - this would have been fine, had she not attempted this with her mother, Usada Pekomama, who often woke up at 4:00 AM every day. To summarize - it went poorly - it always went poorly.

Anyway...

With the Rabbit currently tending to her lively carrot farm within the borders of Pekoland, ie: a dream - it was up to her comical, yet surprisingly effective Alarm Clock to save the day.

And then suddenly-

Gooood MORNING Motherfu-

A somewhat small hand was soon slapped on that well-known snooze button.

That hand belonged to one Usada Pekora, whom despite being preoccupied with her nonexistent carrot farm, was a light sleeper.

And the moment her alarm went off and the iconic greeting played out at a moderate volume, the rabbit-eyed Rabbit was suddenly pulled from the depths of her sain consciousness.

Now, she wasn't looking at her carrot farm, no - she wasn't even outside, dressed in dirty overalls.

She just sat up in her cozy bed.

A understandably fatigued look plaguing the idol's face.

Once her alarm had unfortunately  been silenced, Pekora could only do some thing - she yawned.
