BUT, nitroglycerin is also sometimes used as heart medication in VERY small and concentrated doses, to control blood pressure and increased heart rate, which means it slows the heart. Your heart rate slows down when you sleep, and if it slows down too much, can induce a coma. So Kacchan's anger could just be his brain trying to keep his heart rate constantly elevated so that he doesn't go in a technical quirk-induced coma, therefore, his anger could literally be saving him from a drawback of his quirk.
