14th March 2014 (St. Petersburg, Russia)
Victor sat on a bench near the barrier of the rink. He had been waiting for Georgi to finish his turn to skate in favor of reviewing for the thousandth time his short program.
He had been having a few issues with it, apparently he hadn't been conveying the program's emotions well enough, according to Yakov.
And so, here he was, sitting down with a frown on his face, his foot tapping on the floor in rhythm with the music chosen for his program.
Then he heard a buzz coming from his phone. With a sigh he checked the notification and, with surprise, noticed that it was from Yuri's instagram account.
The blonde seemed to have posted something new again, which wasn't actually a rare sight nowadays. Yuri Plisetsky's instagram account had become very lively ever since he got to Bulgaria for Junior Worlds.
He tapped on the notification and remained greatly surprised from what he saw.
Surely, the world must have something against Victor, because he almost choked when he tried to call out to his two rinkmates, who were joking around with each other.
With a cough, he cleared his throat and noticed the weird stares he got from his rinkmates. A sheepish smile appeared on his features as he beckoned the two to come closer.
Said two rinkmates exchanged a confused look before shrugging and walking over to Victor.
"What do you want, old man?" Asked the younger of the three, causing the silver-haired skater to gasp in indignation. "I am not old!" He protested with a pout.
Georgi snorted and waved him off. "So, what did you call us for?" He inquired, shoving his hands in his pockets.
"Ah!" Victor exclaimed, with an expression that informed the other two that the 'living legend' had forgotten about it, even if he had just called them a few minutes before.
Mila sighed, Victor was truly a forgetful person. She wouldn't be surprised if Victor someday forgot even his own birthday.
(She's not kidding, it had happened before and Mila's completely sure Victor is going to forget again unless someone reminds him. Which was pretty worrying.)
He then nodded vigorously. "I wanted to show you something." Victor hummed as he unlocked his phone again, before literally and figuratively shoving it in their faces, forcing the two to squint their eyes in order to see the screen properly.
