Chapter 27: The Battle Within

As the intense battle continued, Kiren and Swo exchanged blow after blow, both of them showing signs of weariness. Kiren's relentless assault was slowly wearing down Swo, while the ancient demon's formidable strength and resilience posed a constant threat to Kiren.

Panting heavily, Kiren and Swo locked eyes for a moment, each one determined to claim victory. They rushed at each other once more, and this time, Kiren managed to land a massive blow that sent Swo crashing hard into the ground.

As Swo stood up, he clutched his head and screamed in pain. The effects of the battle were taking a toll on him, and for a brief moment, his eyes returned to their normal state, and Samuel's voice emerged from within.

"Kiren, please... you have to fight back. I'm still here, trying to break free," Samuel's voice pleaded, filled with pain and desperation.
