Erica Rubbrish, 27, has been grieving over the loss of her own cousin, and now, yesterday, she's got a phone call from Florin, who told her that Blanca had turned into Blocky.

"Oh shit, I'm next... I'm next... I'm next... I'm next..." Erica was rocking back and forth, arms folding over her legs.

Suddenly, Erica heard knocking on the door. At whim, she walked over to the door and upon answering it, she discovered that it was Penelope.

"Oh, hey Erica!"

"Hey Penelope!"

After the two had introduced themselves, the two entered Erica's room and sat down on Erica's bed together like the best friends they are.

"So, Penelope, what if I told ya that Willa had sent a second text with the link to the video that literally transformed eleven people, including my cousin and our two other friends?!" Erica asked.

"Ouch! That's terrible! S-so, what do we do?!" Penelope replied then asked.

"Well, Penelope, Willa isn't waiting for anyone, Florin even told me that she threatened to turn him into Flower." Erica replied.

"No... but if you go, then I have to too.." Penelope sobbed.

The two girls hugged each other, teary-eyed. Of course, during the process, Penelope's black cap fell off.

"Penelope, your cap?" Erica asked.

"Oh, my cap!" Penelope replied, looking behind her short body. Penelope grabbed her cap and placed it back on her head.

"Okay, I guess we should do something about it, Willa isn't waiting for anyone and we should join our friends..." Erica began.

"But we'll DIE if we watch the video!!!" Penelope responded, still teary-eyed.

"No, we won't, the video won't kill us, only turn us into objects!!!" Erica replied.

"That's worse than death!!!" Penelope refuted.

"Okay... but can you please prepare the snacks for so we can watch the video together?" Erica asked.

"Okay... then?" Penelope then walked out of Erica's bedroom and to the kitchen in her apartment.

"Okay, it is time to get the video all ready for both Penelope and I to watch. If I'm going down, I want to go down with my best friend Penelope!" Erica turned on her laptop. Upon logging on, she goes on Gmail and searches for the email that Willa sent her two days ago. And there it was, the email. All she had to do is click the link and pause the video before Penelope comes back to her room. Penelope was probably baking cookies for her anyways, using the stepping stool that Erica bought her to reach on high places.

Erica then clicked on the link and see if she could pause the video. But unfortunately for her, she couldn't pause it.

"What the hell?! Why is the video not pausing?! How am I going to show Penelope the video and how are we going to turn into our favorite characters together?!" Erica asked herself as she noticed that something was wrong with YouTube's user interface. The interface now had blotches of carrisma pink, "Is this some kind of glitch?!" (No, the video is cursed!)

The user interface continued to turn pink, starting with the background and working its way to the buttons. Erica, knowing that the screen may flash a color, tried to report the video but the all the once black options were pink and the text was gone. It was replaced with one button with blood red text.
