Jazzy's POV
I was laughing really hard at my sister, and best friend. Sure I was spazzing out because the fucking BETA of THE scariest pack in the world was my mate, but her...when I sniffed the air, and she went stiff...I knew it was because of the alpha being her mate.
We had come home, and we have been just laying on the balcony staring at the stars and talking about our mates.
"I can't believe we ran." She groaned and I smiled.
"I know. They are so coming after us tomorrow...hopefully." I sighed and she groaned.
"Jazzy! They are coming after us stupid. They're the freaking BETA and ALPHA of the scariest pack known to everyone!" She said huffing, and whining. This was a different side of her that I missed.
"That's what makes it hot...I mean come on. Mine was drop dead fucking gorge, and yours..I apologize that he didn't get the good looks..." I teased. In all reality, he was fucking gorge too. But my mate was better looking in my opinion. That happens a lot...mates become better looking than a model himself.
"Jazzy! I don't want a mate! We've gone over this!" She whined and I growled.
"Well the goddess gave you one, so suck it up and deal. Now that I think about it..I kinda wish I didn't run..." I sighed and I heard slapping. I looked and saw her slapping her hand on the ground with her head in her hands whining. I burst out laughing.
"Will you knock it off. What are you, 3?" I said and she growled and looked up at me....Her eyes were red...yes...she has alpha blood, how, none of us know. Her parents were beta's not alphas....only meaning that...Ramone would have to be her...dad....
We've gone over this though. But it made sense, I mean...her 'dad' never really was her dad..He was always gone, and Ramone was always with her mom...I mean maybe they were mates, and her 'dad' was just a surrogate to keep them safe...yeah...
"It's not funny..." She said and put her head down. "I haven't seen him, and I don't know anymore...I mean in the moment my wolf wanted to stay, and it was so hard to leave. And now I just...I...fuck!" She yelled angrily and huffed.
"Girls! We're home!" Dad said and we both looked at each other. Fuck...please don't have brought them here.
