"Foxy, are you sure that you are going to eat the pasta?"
"Yes Sirius now shut up and let me eat!"
The Christmas holidays came to an end, quite uneventful except Jacob constantly visiting her which she enjoyed because he could cook and she couldn't do anything without burning it.
Mr. and Mrs. Potter apparated her to the train station where she told Marlene about whatever happened during the vacation to which she reacted quite dramatically.
It had been a three weeks since they had reached Hogwarts and Lily hadn't said a word to Heather, ofcourse Heather was quite happy about it but she felt different, a bad different.
It felt as if a huge part of her was taken from, it felt as if one of her most prized possession was broken. Heather felt empty with out the voice of her twin in her life, they may have hated eachother but Heather missed those small quarrels and daily fights after which neither would apologise. She missed the presence of her sister telling her to do her homework or telling her to not overdress herself because she wanted to be the spotlight, she missed her sister giving her hand-me-downs spitefully. In all Heather truly wanted Lily back.

She wanted the Lily Evans, the girl years before Hogwarts, years before they knew magic was real, the girl who used to divide everything equally between them back.
Not the girl who was dressed with pride and hatred towards her, not the girl who gave her all the work to do, not the girl who hurt her for 6 years, she may have tolerated that Lily Evans but she never liked her.
She truly wanted her sister back but she knew she couldn't do anything, she knew that it was all in Lily's hands. Heather could simply wait and watch.
Heathers thoughts were interrupted by a subtle word, it was barely a whisper.
"Heather?"
Her sister, Lily.
Heather turned around only to be caught in a bone crushing hug by her sister because of which she fell to the ground.
"I Sorry! I'm so so sorry Heather! I never meant to do any of those things to you!" Lily cried into her shoulder. Heather was taken rather aback. Her thoughts were answered, but now was not the time to be grateful but the time to comfort her sister who was solemnly crying into her shoulder. It was half past 12 and the girls were outside their common room so Lily was sobbing quite silently.
"Hey, it's okay Lils, it's okay! What happened?"
"M-mum and dad are now taking out their anger Petunia and she is saying Even meaner things to me! I'm sorry!"
Heather hugged her sister back in comfort, she was ready to resume their friendship, but the question was, Was Lily only coming to Heather for help and was she going to use and leave her? It was the only thing wandering her mind for a minute but she decided to just trust her guts and hugged Lily back, rubbing circles on her back to comfort her.
"Please forgive me! I just got so carried away with all the popularity and pride I forgot about everything! I so sorry Heather!" She said through sniffles.
"Hey, I forgive you Lils, it's okay, mistakes happen."
"How can I-"
"Woah, Woah, Foxy, she hurt you, you can't just forgive and forget!"
They both looked around to see a feet, a random feet without its body or leg sticking out. Heather stuck out her hand just for it to get caught in something and the cloak came falling down to reveal four boys, Sirius clasping his hand over his mouth. The boys grinned sheepishly.
"You idiots! Your feet was sticking out! Why were you stalking us and anyways it's none of your business Siri about what happens in my sisterly life so shut up and get out.Hey so sorry about that Lils, anyways I don't fully forgive you, it'll take time so well we should get to bed, more like you should."
"You?"
"I'll have a walk around, goodnight Lils."
"Don't get caught and thanks alot Heather, I'm really really thankful."
Heather goes upto the Astronomy Tower just to find James, Sirius and Remus sitting near the railings watching the stars dreamily.
"Hey,"
"Foxy! You can't just forgive her! Don't you remember the so called bike accident a, and all the times she hurt you!"
"Believe it or not Heathy, but I agree with Sirius and yes I'm going against My LilyFlower."
"Hey, I never said I fully forgive her, did I? She needed comfort, it's gonna talk me years to forgive her Sirius, and James it's okay, she is changing for good now, she got her mistake and that's whats important." She said sitting between them.
"She doesn't deserve it, your just to kind to say no." Remus said butting in the conversation he had been analysing the whole time.
"Oh really misters? Y'all don't have any experience of this and anyways like I said I haven't forgived her yet! She was crying, and she needed someone to console her."
"I'll tell you what she deserves, she deserves hell! She doesn't Deserve an  ounce of your kindness Heather!" Sirius said, abruptly getting up from his spot and leaving.
"Well, we should go it's past curfew and I'm a prefect." Remus said, tugging James' sleeve who nudged me to get up.
"I'll be there in sometime, I- I need some time to process this." Heather said.
"Don't be too late okay? Or I'll have to give my friend detention." Remus said jokingly, trying to lighten up the mood.
