Background: Masaki Saiba is the next Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. He's is the Successor of Emu Hojo, he is a older brother of Momoi and Midori the twin Saiba sisters. He is living with his parents and his young twin sisters, his parents want Masaki a doctor but Masaki refuse and want to be a gamer, much to disappointed of his parents. Masaki and his twin sisters love playing video games but he stop Momoi saying racist words to some people so he force her eat Broccoli. He is also a huge fan of Kamen Rider especially Ex-Aid, and fan of Sword Art Online. He playing Sword Art Online video games with Momoi and Midori. One day when he and his twin sisters goes buy the Sword Art Online video game suddenly aurora curtain took them to the void, they heard a crazy laugh and see it was Dan Kuroto before Tsukasa smack Kuroto's head with paperfan. Tsukasa explain that Bugster and Cronus invade world of Sword Art Online, Masaki decide to save the world so Kuroto infect Masaki with Bugster Virus and Masaki groan in pain before he gain the power to use Gamer Driver, Kuroto give him the Mighty Action X and Gamer Driver as Tsukasa send Masaki and his twin sisters to SAO World.
