With the news that the Goddess gave them, a new sense of hope began burning within them. They Will bring him back. They Will stop the cult. They Will prevent this realm from becoming part of hell.

Drodia: I'll explain what I mean exactly 'he isn't truly dead'.

Touka: Please do, we're ready to hear it.

Drodia: It all started during the mansion raid actually. When you, your older sister, and Elleth were knocked unconscious. After Haru killed Velia, he ended up collapsing as well.

Elleth: Don't tell me that it's... Was his death part of a plan of yours?

Drodia: I made a deal with him, that once he died, I'll arrange for the Death Goddess to send him to hell, his mission being to defeat the Demon Lord right in her realm.

Touka: But why him specifically? Was he the chosen one or something cheesy like that?

Drodia: Not at all, It's much simpler. It's just that out of you and your classmates who were transported here, he was the one to die first out of all of you. Gods can see when a mortal will die, that's why I was able to plan ahead.

Touka: First one to die? But, didn't some of our classmates and their parties die during the simultaneous mansion raid back then? How's Haru the first in this case?

Drodia: Perhaps I should've phrased it better. But Haru was the first to die at the earliest with sufficient enough power to take on the Demon Lord on his own.

Airi: That's... Pretty harsh and reasonable in all honesty. Is there a way we can get him back from hell?

Drodia: If Haru, and I hope he does, defeats the Demon Lord, he could hijack the cult's summoning ritual and catch them all off guard. In short, we're counting on him, there is no guarantee of that result unfortunately.

Touka: So if he doesn't, we're all doomed. That's... Not good...

Drodia uses the skill {God's Eye} and opens a magical video feed on a holographic screen to show them Haru's current progress in hell. It showed him riding on the back of the now skeletal Chimera Leviathan with Captain's Orders active, he was letting the Leviathan do the heavy lifting for now as he searched for the Demon Lord's palace.

The girls' eyes widened in joy to see him clearly alive, even if he was in literal hell. Drodia then cut the video feed after showing this, they already believed her when she said that Haru was not exactly dead, but she thought it would be best to show them at least a little bit of it.

In hell meanwhile, the sounds of cannonfire and jets whizzing by could be heard in the fiery landscape Haru was in. His eyes dilated when he finally got close to the palace. The grand, yet demonic structure lied atop arguably the largest floating island among the many islands in this torture-filled realm.

Haru: So... That's where the last boss is, huh. I wonder if I'll become the new Demon Lord after defeating Deminas...

The strangely gallant steed that was the Leviathan he rode let out sounds of battle as it fought many demons. Pulse blasts, melting venom from its fangs, its vicious Piranha tail, and the beast's own strength and speed all worked in tandem, fighting relentlessly against the hordes of demons after its master.

Haru: Good girl... Master will head off, deal with these demons for me, will you?

The Chimera Leviathan made a loving hissing sound as Haru petted her head gently, treating the creature like any other domesticated animal as she understood her owner's commands. He then turned to an island connected to the palace via an equally grand bridge, the cable suspension being made out of what looked like spinal columns, gruesome.
