Oh wow, lookee here, it's me. Again. With another story.

You're probably thinking "Corinne, you wing-nut, you already have stories to be working on!"
And dear reader...you are right.

But as our pal, John Steinbeck said, "Ideas are like rabbits. You get a couple and learn how to handle them, and pretty soon you have a dozen."

Of course, Mr. Steinbeck finished his books so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. AT ANY RATE. This story has been eating away at me and it's driving me nuts. A couple years ago (ooh feels weird saying that. Makes me feel like I've been on this app forever) I wrote a fanfiction called A Fox's Whisper. I loved every bit of it, even the parts I said I hated.

And I don't know, I didn't really want the ideas I had just be left to die in a fanfiction when it could potentially be more. So I'm taking it and dressing it up a little, adding a bow-tie and some cologne as well as omitting all the lore that came from the fandom. And I'm gonna make it my own and see where it goes from there.

So if you've read A Fox's Whisper, you'll recognize some characters, some passages, some themes. But whether or not you have read it, I hope it's also new to you again like it's been for me.

Much love,
Corinne.
