Reylann's POV:

I bought our train tickets, and we all boarded the train carefully.

"I get to go on the train for the first time!" Shouted Coradine, jumping around excitedly.

It was my first time too. After we got our tickets checked, I decided to take a nap in our seats. Laying down horizontally.

"Where are your parents?" Asked the conductor.

Barely opening my eyes, I responded. "Behind the wall."

I could hear Cora talking to Sasha before I fully fell asleep. Talking about which color was the best and how she felt the need to love them all equally.

Then I felt myself drowning in my own thoughts...

...

The train stopped abruptly, causing me to wake up in shock. I looked around, and we arrived at the wall.

"Sasha? Cora?" I asked frantically.

They were gone.

So was everyone else. I got up and walked around. "Hello?" I asked. "Sasha! Coradine!" I yelled even louder.

I ran to the next cable. Nothing, and nobody. I kept running, hoping to find them, yelling their names constantly.

"Sasha! Cora!" I ran out of breath and stopped in front of the next cable, tears piling up at the top of my nose.

I opened the door slowly and exhaustedly.

"Cora?..." I stopped myself when I saw it. The bodies of dead passengers. My head spun around the room when I saw the dark blood under my feet. Their scared expressions disturbed the peace.

The sound of guns rang in my head. One shot, two shots, then three...

I continued to walk and look for them, forcing my eyes open. And that's when I saw them. "Sasha? Cora?" I whispered when I saw them lying on the ground.

No. I clutched my chest and choked on my incoming tears. No. Suddenly my heartbeat got loud and clouded my thoughts, please.

I heard the yelling of familiar voices and looked up. The men's faces I recognized

"You're the man who killed my mother!" I yelled out at one of them. He looked right past me.

He walked away to the next room, and I followed him out. "Wait!" I immediately felt a rise of fire burning away at the bottom of my chest.

Then I saw them again. Vanessa and Henry.
Two men stood in front of them, shooting; eventually, there were no bullets left. Just the sound of endless shooting guns.

"No!" I yelled. "Stop it! They're already dead!" The men didn't listen. "Stop it!" "They're dead!"

Stop! I yelled it louder and louder until my voice blurred with the sound of endless fun shooting. Vanessa's smile suddenly looked sad. Then the men stopped, and I reached out to hug them, blood getting all over me.

"NOO!" I screamed. I saw them dead before, but now it felt real. "NOO!" I screamed again.

I had lost everyone.

I heard loud footsteps behind me and felt a firm hand on my shoulder. My blood boiled and evaporated out of my soul, my body shaking in fear.

"Reylann... you don't deserve...Out!" I looked back and saw John's sickly face looking at me.
