—First Person POV.—

The chirping of birds meet my ears as I stir, my eyes staying closed but otherwise I was slowly waking up as the sounds of movement outside our tent met my attention.

Hushed voices of the few other travelers in the group called my nerves, allowing me to relax in Eijiro's arms.

And just as I'm about to drift off once more—the flaps of our tent rustle and a 'psst' meets my ears.

The man hugging me close to his torso stirs, his sharp-toothed mouth closing from his previous snores as he shifted to tiredly look over his shoulder and towards the tents entrance.

"We're packing up and leaving after breakfast," The voice informs, earning a hum in understanding from my lover before the flaps make a noise of hitting against each other—alerting that the person had left.

With a deep sigh escaping his lips, Eijiro leans back into me—his hand rubbing circles along my back as he gently cooed "(Y/n), come on, wake up.."

I can't help the grumble that escapes my lips, my face nuzzling further into the crook of his neck as I groan in dissatisfaction.

This causes Eijiro to chuckle "Come on, we need to hurry so you have time to eat," He explains and I can feel his hand pause it's soothing movements.

My head shakes, a subtle movement Eij feels against his neck and causes a sigh to leave his lips as he pushes himself up onto his elbows before shifting to his hands.

"No.." My voice drawls as I'm pulled up with him—my arms that were comfortably locked around his neck now making me move with his actions.

As I squint and blink the sleep away from my eyes, I am met with a crimson gaze staring down at me—adoration had taken up the gorgeous color and caused me to pause for a moment.

When Eijiro speaks, his words are quiet and soft, gently reaching out for only my ears to hear "You're beautiful, you know that?" He comments.

And in a push-up like fashion, he leans down—planting light kisses along my blushing cheeks and causing butterflies to erupt in my stomach as I shook my head and squeezed my eyes shut.

"Eijiro—" I manage with a whine on my tongue and he smiles against my skin.

With the rough feeling of his lips, I let out a yelp in surprise when I feel him trail down slightly and bite into my neck—most likely leaving a mark behind that he kisses to relieve the ache it came with.

"Breakfast's ready!" Uraraka's voice cuts through our moment, causing my eyes to snap open as her shadow passed over our tent and walked off to join the others.

As a sigh escapes my lips, my brows furrowed when I snap my attention to the redhead—his own gaze turning to look back down at me at the same time.

A trail of saliva had attached his mouth to my neck and upon seeing it, my face flushes with a hue of color.

"Eijiro.." My eye twitches and he smiled sheepishly "Right, sorry, sorry— Got a little carried away." He speaks and I smack his chest, hurrying him to get off of me so we could attend breakfast with the others.

—Time Skip.—

Despite me now dawning a bite mark similar to that of a shark on my neck, I only gained a few surprised yet knowing looks from the rest of the group.

Thankfully, no one dared to ask about it.

The rest of the morning was simple, really, it in involved packing up and getting on the road again.
