"LANDON is missing." Jewel barged into Alaric's office.
"Good, sweetheart." Kol commented which caused Aloha to shove him.
"Jewel, honey, knock first." Alaric quickly closed the book he was reading.
"Do you not remember the fiascos, yes plural, fiascos that have happened every single time Landon goes missing and your asking me to knock first?" Jewel crossed her arms over her chest.
"That's right babygirl, keep Ric in check." Bonnie smiled at her daughter.
Hope walked into the room and stood beside Jewel. "She's not going to give this up." she commented.
Alaric sighed as he pulled out an answering machine. "Hey, Ric. Sorry to take off like that, but I just needed a little time. So I'm going camping for a while. Hopefully I can catch up on class work later. Tell Raf, Jewel, and Jed hi for me." Landon's voice spoke.
"He doesn't like Jed." Matt stated.
"Thank you, Captain Obvious." Kol rolled his eyes.
"Jed? He doesn't like Jed. You have to go after him. If you don't, we will." Jewel suggested to her uncle.
"But Jewel said it." Matt pointed to the screen.
"A) I like Jewel and I love her for my nephew. B) She's a child. C) She knows Landon, you don't. D) I don't like you. And Lastly E) You can stick your foot so far—" Kol listed.
"Kol, enough." Freya and Elijah chorused.
"Jewel's right. It doesn't make any sense. Triad already tried to come for him once. It's not safe for him out there. And you know that." Hope agreed with Jewel.
"Jewel, remember, we kept a massive secret from him, I think he just needs some time to process that. I think we should respect his privacy and just wait." Alaric declined.
