--------Stan's POV--------

"You're so easily annoyed by him you know."

Kyle rolled his eyes and turned his phone off, leaving Cartman on read which he doesn't normally do.

"Well... wanna go to Tweak Bros? Call it a date?"

Kyle's glare turned into a playful smile as he nodded. Kyle's hand came closer to mine making me sweat a bit.

Truthfully, I wasn't completely into Kyle. He asked me out today and I guess it was a 'fuck it, the world's gonna end' moment. I'd rather leave this Earth with my best friend rather than making things awkward between the two of us.

As soon as we got there, Kyle quickly noticed it was completely empty.

"Is it even open..?"

I shrugged, "Dunno."

We both turned to the sound of a door opening. It was the café's main barista.

"Agh, take a seat, I'll be with you in a minute!"

As the employee quickly dove into the backroom again, we sat at a table, looking at the menu above the counter. Soon enough we saw Kenny come in with his boyfriend. Kenny waved at us then kind of noticed Kyle was the 'gf' I was talking about. In my defense it was a typo because 'g' and 'b' are very close to eachother on the keyboard.

After a while of the two talking and eating, Stan insists on walking Kyle home which made Kyle giggle since they lived right beside eachother anyways.

As they both walked home, they held hands since Stan felt a bit more comfortable with the idea now. His heart was racing and he felt like he was going to puke. Unfortunately, something worse happens. They run into Cartman. Well, Cartman runs into them.

"AH, KENNEH WASN'T LYING ABOUT GAY JEW AND GAY MARSH!!"

Stan felt his hand go numb as Kyle tightened his grip in frustration.

"Where did you come from anyways?"

Kyle calmed down as Stan changed the topic, although Stan's hand wasn't being freed in the presence of Cartman.

"Jimmy just left the country."

"WHAT?"

"WHAT?"

Stan and Kyle both shouted and glanced at eachother in unison, "Dude, where and why?"

"Eh, Not gonna lie I don't know. All I know is his family wanted to have a nice holiday before the Earth explodes which is kinda lame."

Kyle started walking with Stan as Cartman followed.

"You know... even though Jimmy's retarded, I'll miss him."

Stan heard Kyle groan at Cartman's comment, briefly squeezing his hand in a way to tell Kyle to let it go. Kyle sighed, ignoring Cartman's presence as they got to their houses. Once they said bye and kissed (earning an 'ew' from Cartman), Cartman done a U-turn back to his house.
