Fomorians. [foh-mawr-ee-uhns]
Supernatural beings representing the wild or destructive powers of nature; personifications of chaos, darkness, death, blight and drought.
Fomorians were known as one of the most hostile races in all of middle earth. Compared to that of Orcs. Believed to be children of Sauron. Known best by their white hair and dark eyes; loyalty and traditions, as well as prophecies.
This race of warrior had told many prophecies through out the years, many changing details here and there. The oldest Fomori prophecy, however, always seemed to stay the same. It tells of a red haired babe being born amongst them, one day leading them to greatness.
After centuries of waiting, the Fomorians still never gave up hope that the baby would be born. And one day, she was.
Her thin red hair nearly gave her mother a heart attack. She couldn't believe she was the one who had carried the foretold babe in her womb. Her child would lead them all into a great battle, where they would come out victorious.
