They did it, Barcelona did it, they won the league, again.

For the two English women, it was their first time winning the trophy, although one of them was no stranger to winning trophies.

Which meant that of the two of them, one was quite excited for the party that was planned for the winning Barcelona side.

The other? Well...she was a little bit of a different story.

Lucy Bronze was laid out on her bed, outfit already on, waiting on her girlfriend to get ready so that they could head downtown to the hotel that was hosting the party.

"I thought the whole point of neither of us dressing feminine was that we didn't have to deal with all the primping!" Lucy complained loudly, and Keira blew out a sigh as she threaded an earring hoop into the hole in her ear.

"Lucy, I've been getting ready for a grand total of ten minutes, I think you'll survive another ten," Keira expressed clearly, chuckling as Lucy groaned, stretching her limbs out in front of herself before she flopped back onto the bed dramatically.

"What if we just skipped the whole thing? And stayed here instead?" Lucy asked, hanging her head off the bed and glancing over at Keira. The pants that she was wearing hugged her in all the right places, and Lucy was just appreciating that very fact when the ginger whipped her head around, catching Lucy in the act.

Keira turned around, pressing her ass back into the bathroom counter as she watched her girlfriend with one eyebrow raised. The midfielder raised an eyebrow at the guilty look on Lucy's face, but she stayed quiet, secretly liking the fact that Lucy still checked her out like this, even after all these years of being together.

"What is with this energy? Last night you were all raring to go at the thought of winning another trophy," Keira observes, and Lucy flipped over onto her stomach so that she could look at her girlfriend properly. The brunette had on a wicked smile, one that Keira knew meant absolutely good.

"Yes, but see now that we've won the trophy? Don't care as much. Plus...I don't need a party to go see a trophy when I've got one right here," Lucy explained, her eyes roving down Keira's figure. The ginger was wearing black slacks with a tight white crop top, a cream blazer hanging on the door to go on top when the two were ready to leave.

Keira's expression morphed from one of confusion to realization as her mind whirled, confused as to what Lucy meant.

"You're talking about me aren't you," Keira deadpanned, and Lucy's grin only widened, the defender clearly very pleased with herself.

"How long have you been sitting on that one?" Keira asked as she turned back to the mirror, adjusting her earring before she reached for the necklace she had laid out for that night.

Lucy turned back over, her back hitting the mattress as she stared up at the ceiling, filling with boredom.

"Like...six hours?" The defender responded as she checked her watch, and she could hear Keira chuckle from the bathroom.

"That's pretty impressive for you!" The ginger commended, and Lucy looked over at her with mock hurt, not that the midfielder was paying much attention to her.

Lucy had always been like this. She was always looking for the next thing to win, always looking onto her next goal, what needed to be accomplished next. This was no different, with the league won now, the entire team would be looking toward the Champions League final in just a month's time.

The only difference was that the majority of the team, including Keira, was letting themselves relax and enjoy the win. Lucy at this point, having won the trophy, felt more ambivalent than she knew that she should. She just couldn't bring herself to care about something after she had won it, and apparently this was no different.
