Chapter 26: It meant a lot.

Seohyun's POV:

I continued to touch my lips and thought about Kyuhyun as he pressed his lips on mine at first.

My heart started to beat faster.

Until I realized what this kiss really meant and felt for me.

When I arrived at the studio, I saw Kyuhyun.

I avoided him every time he was heading for me.

I made excuses when he sat close to me.

"I have to go to the bathroom, please excuse me."

I said that to him as I got up to go.

With only two of us in a room, I felt his hand grab onto mine.

"Why are you avoiding me?" Kyuhyun asked, very bluntly.

I struggled to answer and tried to avoid eye contact as looking in his eyes would weaken me. "I-I-I'm not trying to avoid you," I said..

"What did that kiss mean to you?" he suddenly asked with his hands still holding my hands.

"Is it suppose to mean anything? It doesn't mean anything, right?" I asked him as I pulled away and walked out.

Before I walked out, I saw his eyes filled with tears.

With this back facing the door, I whispered, loud enough for him to not hear, "It meant a lot."

Heechul's POV

I woke up at the hospital bed. I quickly dressed up and ran out.

Standing exactly where I stood the day before when I saw Jessica, I began to look.

That second, my phone began to ring.

Yuri was calling me.

"Heechul-oppa, hurry and come home. JESSICA IS BACK. She doesn't remember anyone except for Taeyeon and the fact that she is an idol. You are the only one able to give her memories back."

I ran. Minutes after minutes, I felt as my body weakened but I continued to run.

I ran into Snsd's dorms to see Jessica staring at me in confusion.

I couldn't resist it as I ran up to her and hugged her.

"Ah, oppa!" she screamed in confusion.

My heart began to break.

~9:00 P.M.

The stars began to rise.

I brought Jessica out that night even though she was still with the confusion look.

Holding her hand, I walked her down the lighted pathways I made with fairy lights. A string hung along with every pictures we ever took. Pictures from months ago to recently hung from the string as I hoped this would bring her memory back.

Tears streamed down her face.

She pulled her hand away from me as she took a few steps away from me.

I walked a step but she continued to step back.

"I can't do this," she said as she ran away and I heard the front door slam.

Tiffany's POV

~Flashback

Siwon placed his hands on top of mine.

"Siwon..?"

"Stop playing with me," he told me as he began to giggle.

"Do you think I'm good enough to be with an idol?"

"Ask yourself," I told him.

"You're my best friend though.."

~Present

Those words began to follow me everywhere.

Siwon is my best friend.

But, why did my heart ache hearing those words?
