I woke up gasping for air, probably just anxiety from what had happened the day before. It was quiet. Maybe it was just a dream I thought and I Imagined the whole thing. I got up pulling my hair into a messy bun I got up ignoring the pain and soreness that was coming from my body. I went into my closet pulling out a my black Green Day shirt and Black Ripped skinny jeans. I then proceeded to the bathroom and got ready for school. Just because I was ready to graduate, didn't mean I could miss school. Really it was just for appearance to prove that I was there. I decide not to put any make up on except for some foundation and cover-up. Then for my hair I went with putting it up into a messy bun. I looked at myself. I managed to cover-up most of my bruises on my face. Oh well. I went downstairs to eat breakfast. I decided that I was going to act like the whole thing didn't happen. So if the Avengers were downstairs I was going to deny the whole running into the forest and jumping off the waterfall. hehehe. I wonder what their expression would be. Surprisingly they were still not here. My house was still messed up from my dinner party/ truth or dare event the other night. I wonder where they were. I walked outside into the harsh cold to discover the first snowfall of the year in Forks. I definitely didn't want walk in this, but I had no ride. I wonder.. I took out my phone and called the last number I thought I would ever call.. Edward's. It only rang once when he picked up and I heard a musical voice saying "Hello." " Uh hey it's Bella, I was wondering if you could possibly give me a ride to school?" I asked. "sure be there in five, see you then." He replied saying goodbye. Guess I should just wait here. "Bella!?" I turned around and saw the Avengers coming out of the forest, looking absolutely exhausted. I resisted the urge to laugh. Now comes the fun part. I furrowed my brows and had a look of confusion on my face. "What were you guy doing in the forest? Also where the heck have you been? Charlie hasn't been found, and you guys are in the forest. seriously get your priorities together." That's when Stark just lost it. It was sort of funny. They all looked sleep deprived and just overall 1000% done with life right now. "What do you mean 'where have we been'? We were looking for you!!! You decided to run into a forest and jump off a freaking waterfall!!! Like seriously who does that. Are you even mentally sane!?!" He shouted. I really just wanted to laugh, but I kept a cool face. I looked at him like he was crazy. "W-what? I'm pretty sure I've been here all weekend." I replied. "We will sort this out when she gets out of school and we return. But for now let's just drop the subject. Bella come on lets get you to school." Bruce said. Ohhhh hohoho. How funny I thought. Right on time Edward had pulled up next to me on the curb. "No, It's okay, Edward is giving me a ride."I flatly said as I opened and got into Edward's Volvo. That's what she said. hahaha I'm so funny. No Bella Concentrate. Right. "See you at school Bruce." I said. I felt really pleased with myself as we drove away leaving them in shock. I turned to see Edward looking at me with such a genuine smile. Crabapples. This is Aca-awkward. I smiled back and said "So how are you on this lovely snow morning?" He looked at me in an amused way. "Good. What happened to your arms? he asked. Oh yeah I forgot to cover up my arms. shoot. "Oh you know, just my usual clumsy self. I went for a hike and lets say it did not end well." I said. He looked at me and replied with a serious tone,"The forest isn't safe lately. You shouldn't be out there alone." Wow. Didn't expect to be lectured. "Oh I'm sorry am I missing the part where you were my dad and actually had the right to tell me what to do? I'M SOOO SORRY I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT YOU WERE MY DAD AND NOT CHARLIE!!" I yelled back. He kind of just stayed quiet, and replied "I apologize. It was just me looking out for you. You are stubborn, Do you know that?" He laughed. I laughed with him. His smile and laugh made my stomach feel like a bunch of butterflies were fangirling in my stomach. Well that was unexpected. " I'm sorry, I'm just on edge, with my dad missing and what not." I said calmly. I will not cry. I could feel a tear coming out. oh no you don't traitor tears. Get back in there tear. I don't need to look unmanly in front of Edward. I need to show him that I am the man in the relationship. haha yes no tears. close one. He looked at me as we pulled into the parking lot and said " I heard. Don't worry they will find him. They have every officer and surrounding townspolice departments looking for him." I gave him a small smile. "Thank you." The morning classes passed without much happening except me getting sent to the principals office for table flipping my desk, when I read a tweet about Zayn Malik leaving One Direction. And I went on a rampage and just started yelling about how my life was over because they were life and bae. Turns out my buddy, the principal, was also upset about the Zayn ordeal. And so we just cried and fangirled about our favorite moments of One Direction. When lunch came that was just something. "Bella. Do you want to sit with me today?" Edward came out of nowhere giving me a fudging heart-attack.  Mmmm fudge. I wonder if I have any at home. Thor probably ate it. Grr. "Umm, sure why not." I replied. We sat down after we got our lunch. Yes it was burger day. Sweet. I started eating mine which was so delicious and the sound that came out of my mouth sounded like a pterodactyl. I looked up at him wide-eyed. He looked back at me and just laughed.  "That was an interesting sound." he said smirking. My eyes narrowed. "Don't judge me. You don't know my kool-aid flavor." I replied laughing. We continued talking, mostly about my clumsiness. It was weird I actually liked talking to Edward. I wish someone would slap me for saying that. The bell rang signalling the end of lunch. "Let's get to class shall we?" Edward said taking my hand. Okay I guess we are going to hold hands. Wow cold hands. Its kind of nice. "Okay." I said. When we came into the biology class Bruce was sitting staring at the door, obviously awaiting my arrival. As we had come in I was trying to convince Edward that the correct lyrics to 'do re me' were 'ti a drink with German bread.' even though I knew it was 'ti and drink with jam and bread." I just think German bread sounds better. Anyways the best part was seeing Bruce's reaction to me and Edward holding hands. We took our seats as class begun. We were working with some type of mold and mushrooms. The whole time while I was working with Edward I could feel Bruce staring at us. I looked up at Edward and smiled as I said, "I won." He laughed. We were racing to see who could finish identifying the mushrooms and mold. I stood up and shouted, "I am victorious." and played the "we are the champions" song and danced in slow motion around the room. I caught Bruce smiling and shaking his head. Aww why is he so adorkable. oh my gosh there's a cord. I fell as my foot got caught in the cord and hit the ground hard. my head actually hit the edge of the desk. Ouch. At least there is no blood. I was suprised Edward didn't come to me and see if I was okay. Rude. Bruce rushed to me," Are you okay. Hold on don't move, I'm taking you to the E.R" I just looked up at him. I sighed in pain. I wish that I could believe him. I'm not sure if this part of his job or if he is sincerely worried about me. He looked down at me and said " How is your head?" "Fine, I think. Hey look a Unicorn. I shall call you Charles. Bruce can you see the unicorn too?" I said right before everything once again went black. 

A/N: OH MY GOSH!!!!!  I'm so sorry for not updating sooner. I made this chapter longer to make it up to you guys. Can I just say WOW I'm almost at 4k reads. I didn't even think that I would have 100 reads when I started this book. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you guys and your dedication to reading my book whenever I post a update.
