I rushed to class and thankfully reached just 2 minutes before the class started. I sat on my seat tryin to catch my breath. "I guess you overslept huh Kouenji-san?" Mei asked me. "Yeah. Got a little late. You can call me Maaya." I said her making her smile. "You can call me Mei-chan. Thats what the rest of the girls are calling me." She said with a smile and we exchanged phone numbers just as the teacher entered.
All throughout the class, I didnt spare a glance to Kiyo. I am not necessarily mad at him for how he behaved yesterday. But it just caught me offguard. I do plan on talking to him during lunch though.
As soon as the bell rang, I packed my stuff in the bag and looked for my brother realizing he already left. "Maaya-chan, do you want to join us for lunch?" Mei asked as Kushida came to my desk. "Yes. You should join us Kouenji-san. You are one of the very few girls I didnt share contact information with." She said giving her brightest smile.

"I am sorry, but some other day maybe." I replied with a smile of my own. "Umm.. you can get my number from Mei." I said as I rushed out to find my stupid brother.
I rushed down the stairs and found him around the corner. "Ro!" I called out which made him stop. "What is it sister dearest?" He asked as he swiped his fingers through his hair. "I.. are you going to eat lunch in the cafe?" I asked making him grin. "I am. I am going on a date." He replied making me look at him with the 'are you fucking serious?' look.
"On the second day of school?" I asked making him nod. "Ofcourse. I am quite the charming guy. You cant expect less from the pinnacle of beauty." He said with no shame as I was a good 5 seconds away from punching him. "Oh.. I didnt know. I made you lunch." I said quietly and he looked surprised.
"You cooked?" He asked with a surprised expression. "Yes. I made some curry last night. Since I knew you liked udon, I made curry udon for lunch." I replied. "I see. Is it okay if I heat it up and have it for dinner?" He asked making me smile. "Sure. Just swing by your dorm room and keep it in the fridge so it doesnt get bad." I said as I handed him the food.
"Thank you." He said making me smile. I stood on my toes as I tried to ruffle his hair which he dodged with a tsk. He maybe the cockiest bastard you have ever seen. But he is always my little brother.
"Dont spend too much of your points Ro. I know you are smart enough to figure things out." I said and made my way back to class.
As I reached near our class, I saw Kiyo talking with Kushida. "I see. I thought you and Horikita-san were friends before starting school here since I saw you talking in the entrance yesterday. Are you friends with Kouenji-san? I saw you talking to her too." I heard Kushida's voice. I held my breath as I waited for his reply.
"You could say that. We have met before when we were kids and recognized each other in the bus." He replied making me pout a little. Couldnt he have just said that we were friends? Well.. I guess his response was much better than blatantly saying no.
