Joy POV~
It turned out that Roc was a really nice guy but by the time we got to the ice cream place I saw Harry. I tried to make him so jealous and it worked. When Roc went to the restroom Harry came over to me and gave me his number. I got home pretty late but I had a good time though. I really needed to talk to Nessa after that whole argument last night. So I opened her door and saw she was getting dressed. She had on a a pink tube top, ripped jeans, some black boot, and a black beanie on. "Where are you going?" I asked. "Go ask your boyfriend Roc." she said bumping into me. I grabbed her wrist right before she started walking down the stairs."I need to talk to you." I said. "Well I have to go, I guess we all don't get what we want."she said and left. Gosh this is what happens when I try to make things all better. "FINE WHATEVER LEAVE THEN!"I yelled out. "What are you yelling about?" Jay asked. I ignored him trying to calm myself down. "Wait, did Nessa leave?" he asked. I nodded at started going back to my room."Good now we can plan her party." he said. "Jay her birthday is in two weeks." I said. I mean it makes sense, I would of just started planning like next weekend or something."Well last year she didn't have a party so I'm trying to make it up to her." he said. Oh yeah he was right, last year Dad promised that had a party for her planned when he got back home. We waited that whole day for him but he never showed up which was really messed up. "Ok I'll be downstairs in a minute." I said. By the time I got downstairs, like almost all of our friends were there.I guess this can be a way of me apologizing to her.
Vanessa POV~
I got dressed so that I could meet Jaden at the mall. Keke (Kiara) was right, I did have to move on; I mean I did like Jaden so it's cool. "Hey Nessa I got you something."he said. He stood behind me and put a necklace around on me. I picked it up and saw it was a infinity sign. "Jaden you don't have to give me this." I said. "No I want to, consider it an early birthday present." he said. I nodded my head and we started walking around the mall. "Ok I have to ask you something?"he said. "Go ahead...shoot." I said. We stopped walking and I saw that he looked kind of nervous. "Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked. Well this is it, it's finally time for me to move on. "Yes I will." I said grabbing his hand. He was really happy I guess and started hugging me. We stayed at the mall for a few more hours then he dropped me off. "I guess I'll see you at school tomorrow." he said. I nodded then kissed his cheek. By the time I got inside everyone got quiet and just stared at me. "Umm hey guys."I said waving at them. "Wait where did you get that necklace from?"Jay asked. Oh gosh...what am I going to say because of I say from my boyfriend he is going to go off but it's worth a shoot. "My umm boyfriend..."I said quietly. "Boyfriend...is it that Jaden guy?" he asked. I nodded and played with my necklace. "Ok that's nice." he said. Woah!...what just happened, every time I bring up a guy he gets all defensive over me. Oh I know, I'm getting pranked....where is my REAL brother!?!? I just left it alone and went to my room to practice.
Ana POV~
I have been talking to Eli all week and he is soo sweet. Yesterday he took me to a fair and won basically every game we played. So yea I went home with a whole bunch of stuffed animals but it was nice. But the best part was that right before he dropped me off, he asked me to be his girlfriend. I was so caught up in the moment that I said yes. So I needed to talk to Nessa to make sure that I made the right choice."Nessa I need to talk to you."I said sitting down on her bed. She sat there ready and waiting for me to talk."Well I agreed to be Eli's girlfriend, did I do the right thing?" I asked. "Yes I was waiting on y'all to go out.Now I'm going to make you a sundae to celebrate!" she said grabbing my hand. As we walked downstairs, I saw Trish sitting next to Jacob. "What the hell is she doing here?" Nessa and I asked."Guys don't talk to my girlfriend like that." he said. I know he did not just say girlfriend?!?!? Nessa just ignored it and just walked into the kitchen. We all knew that Trish liked Jacob but it was only because he's on the football team and very popular. Nessa made our sundaes and we headed back upstairs. "Oo can you make me a sundae Nessa?" Trish asked. "No I can't and my name is Vanessa don't EVER call me that." she said.
Jacob POV~
Gosh, what is so bad about Trish and why doesn't Nessa like her."Let me go talk to her." I told her Trish. I ran upstairs and caught Nessa before she went in her room. "Stop acting like that Nessa, she is my girlfriend."I said. "And I'm your sister who thinks you shouldn't be with her." she said. I didn't get it, I actually thought that Trish was a nice girl. "Why not?" I asked. "She is just using you since your all popular and she knows your eventually gonna have all that money since your into football." she said going into her room. Maybe she was right but I don't think so because Trish really likes me for me. "Everything is alright now." I said putting my arm around Trish.
Kiara POV~
Well today Roc decided to take me to the mall. He saw that I was upset so hopefully he will buy me something new. "Don't you have a game this Friday?" I asked. He nodded as we walked into Foot Locker."Well I'm sure you guys will win." I said. What's going on with him usually when we go to the mall, he never stops talking. Right before I could show him these pair of shoes someone was calling me,it was Trevor. "Can I talk to you?"he asked. I looked at Roc and he nodded. "Meet me at the food court when you're done."he said. I started walking around the entire mall with Trevor. "Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked me grabbing my hand. Well I should probably take my own advice about moving on. "Sure." I said blushing. He ended up getting me these pair of combat boots that I wanted. "Well I will see you at the game." I said kissing his cheek. "Ok bye Kiara." he said. I made my way to the food court so Roc wouldn't have to worry anymore. "Can we got to Nessa's house?" I asked. As soon as I said that a smile shot on his face. "Sure we can leave now." he said grabbing my hand.He must have been is a rush because we got there pretty fast. "Oh hey Jacob." I said realizing he answered the door. I went to go tell Nessa the news and turned out she was going out with Jaden. Next thing you know we started picking out outfits for the game.
~Friday,Game Day~
Vanessa POV~
Well Keke and I had to be there early because we have to take pictures. I had on a red lace crop top, shorts, and some black wedge sneakers. I curled my hair and put a black bow in the back. Keke had on a green crop top with a denim vest over it, ripped jeans, and combat boots. She curled her hair too and put a black beanie on. "You have the cameras?" Keke asked. "Yea I got them, lets go now." I said. We got to the game and the whole team was there in uniform. "Hey babe." Trevor said kissing Keke. It was really awkward for me because they just started making out like I wasn't there. "There you are." Jaden said kissing me. After a while we realized we had to take pictures before the game started. "Guys we have to take pictures."Keke said. "Yea so just save us a seat." I said. They walked off and we made our way to the team. I really wasn't talking to Jacob as mush as I used to because he has been hanging out with Trish.
Roc POV~
Our coach was going over a couple of plays before the game started so we would be ready. "Ok guys let them take a couple of pictures." he said. I turned around to see Nessa and Kiara coming our way. "You look cute."I said. "Thanks." Nessa said taking pictures of the team.The whole time they were over there, I couldn't take my eyes off of Nessa. I mean I would be looking at Joy but she has been hanging out with Harry a lot. As soon as they walked away the game started. When I had the ball, I looked over and saw Nessa cheering for me. But it didn't last for long because I ended up getting tackled. I got tackled about 4 times so coach took me out the game. "What's going on Roc?" Nessa asked me. I mean what do I sound like telling her the only reason I kept getting tackle was because I have feelings for her. "Come on this your last game, you need to win." she said pulling me up. "You're right Nessa thanks."I said giving her a hug.
Jaden POV~
This Roc guy needs to stay away from Nessa he had his chance. I know Nessa wouldn't try anything but I'm just worried about Roc."I'll be right back."I told Trevor. I walked to the sidelines and grabbed Nessa's waist. That's when Roc looked over so I started kissing her. By the time I stopped it was half-time and Roc was right next to us. "Can you buy a soda please?" she asked. "Sure thing babe."I said kissing her cheek.
Roc POV~
Jaden must know what's going in because he just trying to make me jealous. Yeah I know, I should've asked Nessa out while I had the chance."Roc.."Nessa said. I got up and walked over to her. "I want you to come to the dance contest tomorrow." she said. I was shocked because I thought she didn't want me there but I just nodded."Thanks." she said hugging me. I gave her a quick hug right before I had to go back into the game. When the game was finally over, our team won. "Good job, see you tomorrow." Nessa said kissing my cheek. I went over and separated Trevor from Kiara then went back home.
