Vanessa POV~
My heart literally dropped...you've got to be kidding me.... I just looked up at him and froze.
"Roc?..."
"Oh you guys know each other?" Amber asked
"Yeah sadly..." I mumbled
"What was that?" she asked
"Uh yeah I know him..."
"Alright well let me use the restroom then we can leave." with that she walked off
I still stood there frozen, I didn't have anything to say. He got closer to me and grabbed my waist. I pushed him off me and grabbed my bag. "Nessa let me explain!" I held back my tears and ran to the elevator. I saw him running my way then kept pressing the button. Finally it closed and I burst out into tears. Ugh and to think that I had a 'surprise' for him.. As soon as the door opened, I rushed to get to my room.
"VANESSA STOP PLEASE!" but I kept on walking
"LET ME EXPLAIN...IM SORRY!" I stopped and turned around
"NO YOUR NOT SORRY!....if you were sorry you wouldn't be engaged to her...I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME!"
"No I do it's j-"
"CLEARLY YOU DON'T AND I EXACTLY HAD A LITTLE 'SURPRISE' FOR YOU LATER SINCE I HAVENT SEEN YOU IN A WHILE!"
"Y-you did?"
"I sure as hell did but not anymore!"
"Look I'm sorry!" I stopped in front of my door and realized something
"Is she the reason why you missed Rhian's birthday?" he stayed quiet
"ANSWER MY DAMN QUESTION!"
"Well yes b-" I slapped him
"Wow well I hope your happy with her cause you won't be seeing me anymore."
"What about Rhian?"
"I'll drop her off to you when she wants to see you or when you want to see her and that will be the only time I will EVER talk or see you."
"....Vanessa...wait..."
"Your right I forgot something." I took off his gold chain and threw it at him
"Give that to your new good luck charm cause I can see its not me anymore.." he remained quiet
I finally walked inside my room and slammed the door. I changed into some shorts and one of Jay's old shirts. As soon as I laid down, I totally forgot that I was starving. But as of right now I didn't really care. I gave Roc another chance and he totally blew it. Eventually, I ended up crying myself to sleep...
My alarm went off and I realized that I forgot to get Rhian last night. I threw on a LOVE sweatshirt, jeans, and my black boots. When I looked in the mirror my eyes were really puffy and red. I put on some sunglasses then left. "The boys are waiting on you downstairs." Coach Jackson said. Oh I forgot I'm taking their pictures today. "Ok I'll be down there soon." I finally got in front of Jay's door then knocked.
"Mommy!" Rhian ran to me
"Sorry I didn't pick her up last night.."
"It's ok but why are wearing sunglasses?"
"....Just come downstairs, I'm taking y'all pictures in a few minutes."
"Well I'm ready so I'll go down with you"
I nodded then picked up Rhi. As we were walking, she was telling me about her night with Jay. Honestly I didn't want to be downstairs. I wanted to stay in my room and cry silently. "Are you ok?" Jay asked. I ignored him and went to got set up for pictures.
