*Next Day*
Joy POV~
So once again I'm home by myself. Zayn went to the store and said he would be right back but he's taking longer than I thought. I'm hoping that he's on his way back cause my stomach hurts really bad. I struggled to get up so that I could get my phone. But that turned out to be a big mistake. Yeah my water just broke and Zayn is not here yet. I scrolled through my contacts, calling anyone at this moment.
??: hello?
J: Chris!?!
C: oh hey Joy wats up?
J: *breathing heavy* my water just broke can you take me to the hospital?
C: *silence*
J: hello Chris?
Oh great he hung up! I tried calling Zayn as I waddled my way outside. Oh even better...his phone is off! As soon as I opened the door Chris was there. He picked me up and rushed me into the car. I couldn't thank him cause I was breathing heavy. It's pretty obvious that Chris is worried cause he's speeding to the hospital.
Chris: Where is Zayn!?!
Joy: *breathing heavy* he went to the store and said he'd be right back
Chris: Why would he leave you alone knowing your due at any time!?!
Joy: *breathing heavier* uh I don't know...are we almost at the hospital?
Chris: we are now
He pulled up to the front the rushed me inside. "Excuse me her water broke!" Nobody moved a muscle, what the hell did they not here what he just said! He carried me to the front desk hoping the lady would help. "Ma'am her water just broke." She just looked at him and popped her gum. "I'm sorry but we have no available rooms." You have got to be kidding me right now! Chris sat me down in a wheel chair and tried calming me down. "Let me go ahead and call Jacob." I nodded and watched as the lady behind the desk walked over to us.
"You mean as in Jacob Perez?" she asked
"Uh yes, she's his little sister...why?" Chris asked
She froze and just stared at me. "Nurses get this girl a room stat her water broke!" she yelled. Soon nurses everywhere were rushing to get me into a room. I kept looking back to make sure that Chris was following. He smiled knowing that he would be here for me. They finally got me into a room then laid me on the bed. Chris pulled a chair up and grabbed my hand. My breathing started to calm down as we started to talk.
I still can't believe that if Chris hadn't mention that Jacob was my brother, I wouldn't have a room right now. So now instead of people knowing me as Joy, they know me as 'Jacob Perez's little sister'. I mean I'm glad that he did mention him but it's still ridiculous. Wait....they know me as Jacob's little sister! Now I understand how Nessa felt like all throughout high school. Everyone only knew her by 'Jacob's or Joy's little sister'. Ugh now I feel completely bad, no wonder she didn't want to hang out with us that much.
Vanessa POV~
So we've been hanging out with Jaden and Caleb for the past two days now. I know Rhian has tons of fun with them but it's obvious that she misses Roc. Amber just has him tied around her finger like its ridiculous! Anyway, Jaden is taking us to Disneyland today so we're getting dressed right now. I put on a Mickey Mouse half T-shirt, jeans, and black converse. Then I threw my hair into a ponytail, grabbed my bag, and went into Rhian's room. I put her in a red Minnie Mouse shirt, shorts, and black converse. I quickly put a red bow in her hair then took her downstairs.
N: Aw Rhi you look so pretty! Are you ready to hang out with Jaden and Caleb?
R: *looks down* I wish it was me, you, and daddy
